Molten Aluminum Filter Hind Aluminium is used in the melting process and filtering process of aluminum scrap.

There are generally two methods for smelting scrap aluminum.
Smelled twice
1. Melt scrap aluminum into ingots (recycled ingots) and stack them according to their chemical composition.
2. During smelting, the recycled steel ingots are mixed in the furnace to smelt the finished product.

Direct connection method
When using this method, aluminum scraps can be baked directly in the furnace (under residual heat or below temperature). After the aluminum chips are dried, they are heated to melt, and various main and auxiliary materials are added to the melt.

Compared with the two methods, the power consumption and element burning loss during the two smelting are larger.
The management is cumbersome and wastes manpower and material resources.
The second method is suitable for continuous production of single-brand aluminum castings. When producing aluminum parts of multiple artifacts at the same time, the first method is more suitable.

In the production process of automotive aluminum alloy parts, a large amount of aluminum shavings will be produced. The common treatment method of scrap aluminum is smelting and recycling. At present, natural gas burners are used for conventional smelting and recovery heating. Filter double aluminum slag.

Scrap aluminum smelting equipment
Including an aluminum ingot smelting furnace and a waste aluminum smelting furnace, the aluminum ingot smelting furnace also includes a first melting chamber, a tower, a melting burner and a tower side flue.
The scrap aluminum melting furnace is composed of a second melting chamber and a nozzle. The tower is located at the upper end of the first melting chamber and communicates with each other, and the melting burner faces the inside of the first melting chamber.
One end of the tower side exhaust pipe communicates with the tower.
The other end of the exhaust pipe on the tower side communicates with the nozzle.
The nozzle is arranged at the upper end of the second melting chamber, and the nozzle faces the inside of the second melting chamber.

Aluminum smelting process
The process sequence includes the feeding process, the melting process, the refining process and the draining process in sequence. There is a cyclic process between the draining process and the melting process.
The aluminum melting furnace includes a feed channel, the feed channel communicates with the smelting chamber, and the smelting chamber communicates with the refining chamber.
The refining chamber is connected with a liquid outlet well, and the liquid outlet well is respectively provided with a liquid outlet channel and a circulation channel, and the circulation channel is connected with the waste aluminum smelting chamber.
The waste aluminum smelting chamber communicates with the slag removal chamber, the slag removal chamber communicates with the heating filter chamber, and the heating filter chamber communicates with the smelting chamber.

By increasing the circulation process, the process chain is extended, and the molten aluminum smelting process is adjusted through circulation.
The flow time and flow path of molten aluminum are also increased accordingly. Liquid aluminum is more refined, and impurities are filtered out more deeply.
At the same time, the method is completed by an aluminum melting furnace, which reduces the impurity content in the aluminum liquid when the liquid is discharged.
