Foundry Filter Factory produces aluminum water foam ceramic filter plates, which use a three-dimensional network structure and organic bubbles connected to the holes as a carrier to penetrate thixotropic alumina slurry.
The slurry was uniformly applied to the foam skeleton of the carrier, and baked and cured at a high temperature of 1180°C.

AdTech’s aluminum water ceramic foam filter uses a three-dimensional network structure and organic foam, which is connected to the pores and used as a carrier to penetrate the thixotropic alumina slurry, and uses a square-corrected center distance automatic extrusion process. The slurry is uniformly deposited on the foam skeleton of the carrier, and baked and cured at a high temperature of 1180°C. Installed in the filter box, used to filter the liquid impurities in the aluminum alloy to meet the needs of aluminum alloy precision casting for the production of high value-added, high-tech performance aviation and transportation. For example: computer hard drives, printed PS bases, materials that can be manufactured, fan blades for jet turbine engines and other products.

Instructions for use of aluminum water PAL ceramic filter plate
1. Check and clean the debris on the surface of the filter box to keep the filter box clean and intact.
2. Gently put the Foundry Filter into the filter box, and then press the gasket on the filter plate by hand to prevent the aluminum liquid from flowing or floating. Preheat the filter box and filter plate uniformly to make it close to the temperature of molten aluminum. The preheating temperature of the filter plate is not less than 260℃. Preheating to remove the adsorbed water helps to temporarily open the pore size of the original filter and prevents heat from rising and shrinking to block certain holes in the filter plate. Preheating can be electric heating or gas heating. Normal heating is 15-30 minutes.
4. Pay attention to the replacement of the aluminum hydraulic head during casting and maintain the normal flow of aluminum liquid. The normal initial pressure head is 100-150mm. When the liquid starts to pass, the pressure head will drop below 75-100mm, and then the pressure head will slowly increase.
5. In the normal filtration process, avoid knocking and vibrating the filter plate. At the same time, the water tank should be filled with molten aluminum to avoid interference caused by too much or too small molten aluminum.
6. After filtering, please remove the filter plate and clean the filter box in time.
