Al Alloy Granulated Flux

Al Alloy Granulated Flux is mainly used to remove hydrogen and scum in aluminum water, as well as high-temperature melt purification (refining) treatment of aluminum alloy. Its basic function is to remove internal inclusions and hydrogen in high-temperature melt.
This makes the molten aluminum more pure and also has the effect of removing slag.
Some members of the aluminum concentrate are easily decomposed at high temperatures, and the generated gas can react with hydrogen, and can strongly adsorb the slag and quickly escape from the melt, thereby playing a role in removing the slag.

Al Alloy Granulated Flux can be used in a variety of aluminum alloy melts, and can be used for pure aluminum smelting, refining and slagging. When using, just sprinkle the Al Alloy Refine Flux on the surface, then quickly dissolve it in the aluminum liquid, and then fully stir it. If a jet is used, it is best to use an inert gas to inject the refined agent, for example, nitrogen and argon can be selected.

For the production of certain alloys, nitrogen blowing is required for refining (about 30 minutes) to drive large fluctuations in liquid aluminum, so it is best to adjust the nitrogen pressure and control the blowing height at 10-15mm.

Reduce the slope of the mixed slag and completely remove aluminum slag from the furnace.
The slope of the mixed furnace slag directly affects the amount of aluminum slag.
If the slope is too large, most of the slag will not be removed, resulting in a large amount of aluminum slag and aluminum deposits, and the slag and aluminum deposits cannot be recovered in time when cleaning the furnace.
On the premise of ensuring the capacity of the mixed furnace, reduce the slag slope as much as possible.

Strictly control the slag quality to prevent molten aluminum from being poured out.
The existing slag scraping operation basically uses a large rake to scrape the aluminum slag out of the furnace door.
In addition to the careful operation of personnel during the operation, the molten aluminum should not be taken out as much as possible.
At the same time, the design of the large rake also requires care. It is recommended to make a few rows of small round holes on the surface of the large rake so that the liquid aluminum in the aluminum slag can flow into the furnace, otherwise the excess liquid aluminum will be taken out and brought back into the furnace. damage.

Reduce the quantity of defective aluminum and bulk aluminum.
During the production process, please strictly abide by the process requirements to ensure that one furnace is produced and qualified.
Especially when producing ordinary aluminum materials, try to avoid flashing, burrs, ripples, inconsistent weights and other defective aluminum materials.
At the same time, before the end of production, push the liquid aluminum in the launder into the mold as much as possible to form a qualified product to reduce the amount of bulk aluminum.
