Molten Aluminium Degassing Machine is based on the principle that dissolved hydrogen gas will move from an area of high concentration (in the melt) to an area of low concentration (in the inert gas).
Hydrogen gas disperses in molten metal as it would if it were released in any confined space.

Molten Aluminium Degassing Machine ejects inter gas firstly,then makes inert gas bubbles break up into very small gas bubbles by the rotor of high speed rotation,as well as makes gas bubbles evenly dispersed in the liquid metal.
By reducing the bubbles diameter and the metal total surface active surge makes more inert gas and hydrogen contact with the impurity so that bring these harmful materials to liquid surface.
Argon and nitrogen can be used as the inert gas for degassing molten aluminum liquid.
Into the liquid aluminum inert gas flow control can be handled according to the size of the metal liquid volume regulating the flow of gas, rod and the rotor speed can be adjusted, to generate the appropriate size of bubbles to facilitate the spread of the inert gas.
