27 de julio Filtro de espuma cerámica refractaria
Refractory Ceramic Foam Filter removes small and suspended non-metallic inclusions in molten aluminum and aluminum alloys, captures the inclusions, and purifies the metal.
Filtro de espuma cerámica has many advantages such as good chemical stability, high specific strength, high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, large specific surface area, etc., and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields.
In metallurgy, the use of ceramic foam filter plates to remove heterogeneous impurities in the aluminum melt, such as slag, inclusions, etc., is one of the effective methods to purify the aluminum melt.
The slag removal can also reduce the hydrogen content in the aluminum melt; because of its good slag removal effect, simple operation, easy matching with other parts, and low cost, it has become a conventional purification method in the aluminum processing industry.
As the requirements for the quality of aluminum products are getting higher and higher, the requirements for the Ceramic Foam Filter are getting higher and higher.
Selection of Ceramic Foam Filter
Choosing the right filter plate is an important task. The size of the filter plate depends on the flow rate and total amount of the filtered metal. Semi-continuous casting mainly considers the flow rate of metal, while continuous casting mainly considers the total amount of metal.
Selection of Ceramic Foam Filter size
That is, in the effective filtration area, the metal flow rate per square centimeter minute should be 70~210g. When the filtered metal flow rate exceeds this range, the filtration efficiency and the ability to capture debris are drastically reduced. As the pore size of the filter plate decreases, the size of the trapped impurities also decreases, and the efficiency of filtering and removing impurities increases.

1. El moldeado: 10~25 ppi
2. Colada semicontinua: 30~60 ppi
3. Aluminio o chapa de alta calidad: 50~60 ppp
4. Colada continua y laminación: 50~60 p
