The large-scale prefabricated part of the lining of the three-rotor degassing equipment was successfully produced

 

Recently, our company’s new material workshop was organized by a large number of employees, carefully planned, and scientifically arranged, and 2 large prefabricated parts were poured and fired successfully.

The prefabricated part is used for the inner lining of the three-rotor degassing equipment (large-flow). It has a large scale, 3 meters in length, 1.8 meters in width, and 1.8 meters in height; it is high in weight, weighing up to 6 tons; the material is made of silicon carbide.

After the prefabricated parts are manufactured, the dimensions are accurate, the surface is smooth, and the overall condition is good, which meets the requirements of the equipment for the working conditions of the aluminum liquid and the industrial processing technology. The material has the characteristics of non-stick aluminum, corrosion resistance, and long life.

During the production process, the material workshop overcame some production difficulties with tight construction schedules and high-quality requirements and completed the company’s tasks.

At present, the prefabricated part has been handed over to the equipment workshop for the assembly and commissioning stage of the degassing equipment.

Geçtiğimiz günlerde firmamızın yeni malzeme atölyesi çok sayıda çalışanın katılımıyla özenle planlanmış ve bilimsel olarak düzenlenmiş olup 2 büyük prefabrik parça dökülüp başarıyla pişirilmiştir.

Prefabrik parça, üç rotorlu gaz giderme ekipmanının (büyük akışlı) iç astarı için kullanılır. 3 metre uzunluğunda, 1,8 metre genişliğinde ve 1,8 metre yüksekliğinde büyük bir ölçeğe sahip; ağırlığı yüksektir, ağırlığı 6 tona kadardır; malzeme silisyum karbürden yapılmıştır.

Prefabrik parçalar üretildikten sonra boyutlar doğrudur, yüzey pürüzsüzdür ve genel durum iyidir; bu, alüminyum sıvının çalışma koşulları ve endüstriyel işleme teknolojisi için ekipmanın gereksinimlerini karşılar. Malzeme yapışmaz alüminyum, korozyon direnci ve uzun ömür özelliklerine sahiptir.

Üretim süreci sırasında malzeme atölyesi, sıkı inşaat programları ve yüksek kalite gereklilikleri nedeniyle bazı üretim zorluklarının üstesinden geldi ve şirketin görevlerini tamamladı.

Şu anda gaz giderme ekipmanlarının montaj ve devreye alma aşaması için prefabrik kısım ekipman atölyesine teslim edilmiştir.
