(KEZ), Kazakistan\u2019daki tek birincil al\u00fcminyum tesisidir. Tesis, Pavlodar\u2019da bulunmaktad\u0131r. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Tesis, bir elektroliz at\u00f6lyesi, bir d\u00f6k\u00fcmhane, bir anot \u00fcretim at\u00f6lyesi ve di\u011fer yard\u0131mc\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Al\u00fcminyum toksik de\u011fildir, manyetik de\u011fildir ve bir\u00e7ok kimyasala kar\u015f\u0131 korozyona dayan\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00fcminyum ve ala\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli t\u00fcketicileri, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve otomotiv end\u00fcstrileri, demiryolu ve su ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, makine m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, elektrik end\u00fcstrisi ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihaz\u0131 m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, end\u00fcstri ve in\u015faat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, kimya end\u00fcstrisi ile t\u00fcketim mallar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimidir.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00fcminyum \u00fcretimi<br \/>\nAl\u00fcminyum \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6z\u00fc, susuz ve safs\u0131zl\u0131k i\u00e7ermeyen al\u00fcmina elde etmek ve ard\u0131ndan bu al\u00fcminan\u0131n kriolit i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclerek elektroliz yoluyla al\u00fcminyum metali \u00fcretmektir.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00fcminyum \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci iki ana a\u015famadan olu\u015fur:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Al\u00fcminyum cevherlerinden al\u00fcmina (Al\u2082O\u2083) elde edilmesi;<br \/>\n\u2022 Al\u00fcminadan al\u00fcminyumun elektroliz yoluyla elde edilmesi ve ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131;<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00fcmina, boksitten alkali ile i\u015flenerek elde edilir. Elde edilen sodyum al\u00fcminat hidrolize edilir. Bunun sonucunda al\u00fcminyum hidroksit kristalleri \u00e7\u00f6kelir. Al\u00fcminyum hidroksit, d\u00f6ner f\u0131r\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmak suretiyle susuzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve susuz al\u00fcmina elde edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Kriolit \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle florit ta\u015f\u0131ndan hidrojen flor\u00fcr elde edilir, ard\u0131ndan da hidroflorik asit. Hidroflorik asit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisine al\u00fcminyum hidroksit eklenir; bu i\u015flem sonucunda olu\u015fan flor-al\u00fcminik asit, soda ile n\u00f6tralize edilir ve kriolit \u00e7\u00f6kelir. \u00c7\u00f6kelti s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr ve tamburlu kurutucularda kurutulur.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece, gri renkli bir toz olan al\u00fcmina elde edilir.
