Filtre plakas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru \u015fekilde kullan\u0131n:<br \/>\nBoyutu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/tr\/al2o3-foam-foundry-filter\/\">filtre plakas\u0131<\/a> ve delik say\u0131s\u0131, s\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6k\u00fcm tipinin ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131z\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131, filtreleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda metalin ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131 maksimum seviye, toplam filtreleme miktar\u0131 ve ham al\u00fcminyum s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n temizlik derecesi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak se\u00e7ilmelidir.<br \/>\n2. Erime \u00f6ncesi filtreleme i\u015flemi g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemez:<br \/>\nErimi\u015f al\u00fcminyum f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 ve bekletme f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131ndaki normal c\u00fcruf, temizleme f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131; f\u0131r\u0131n ar\u0131tma gibi. \u00d6zellikle, hat i\u00e7i gaz giderme cihaz\u0131 h\u00e2l\u00e2 gereklidir; zira bu cihaz sadece eriyikteki hidrojen i\u00e7eri\u011fini azaltmakla kalmaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda baz\u0131 metalik olmayan kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 da giderir.<br \/>\n3. Filtre plakas\u0131, kare \u015fekilli ate\u015falt\u0131 blokla uyumlu olmal\u0131d\u0131r:<br \/>\nBu iki par\u00e7a, metalin filtrelenmeden bo\u015fluktan d\u00f6k\u00fcm kal\u0131b\u0131na akmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve ayr\u0131ca k\u00f6p\u00fck filtre plakas\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hafif olmas\u0131 nedeniyle al\u00fcminyum eriyik i\u00e7inde y\u00fczememesini engellemek amac\u0131yla s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n4. Kullanmadan \u00f6nce \u00f6nceden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131n:<br \/>\nNemi gidermek ve ilk ge\u00e7ici filtrelemeyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma yap\u0131n. \u00d6n \u0131s\u0131tma, elektrikli veya gazl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tma sistemi kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilir. Normal ko\u015fullarda bu i\u015flem yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 dakika s\u00fcrer.<br \/>\n5. Normal filtreleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda, filtre plakas\u0131n\u0131n sars\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve titre\u015fmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in c\u00fcruf kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na gerek yoktur. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, al\u00fcminyum suyunun a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kaynaklanabilecek sorunlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in oluk al\u00fcminyum suyu ile doldurulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n6.
