{"id":8925,"date":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=8925"},"modified":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","modified_gmt":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","slug":"refractory-aluminum-furnace-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/refractory-aluminum-furnace-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filter Tungku Aluminium Tahan Api"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Filter Tungku Aluminium Tahan Api<\/strong> menggunakan tiga metode, yaitu adsorpsi, filtrasi permukaan, dan filtrasi dalam, untuk menghilangkan kotoran yang terbawa oleh logam aluminium cair selama proses pengecoran.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mekanisme penyaringan pada Filter Tungku Aluminium terutama terdiri dari tabrakan inersial, difusi, dan intersepsi.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Tabrakan inersial<\/strong><br \/>\nKetika partikel-partikel pengotor dalam fluida mengalir melalui mikropori-mikropori elemen filter keramik berpori, partikel-partikel tersebut bersentuhan dengan dinding mikropori akibat inersia. Dampak inersia tersebut berbanding lurus dengan kuadrat diameter partikel pengotor, serta berbanding terbalik dengan kecepatan aliran dan viskositas fluida.<br \/>\n<strong>Difusi<\/strong><br \/>\nAkibat gerak Brown, partikel pengotor keluar dari garis aliran, bersentuhan dengan dinding saluran mikropori, dan dengan demikian terperangkap. Penangkapan melalui difusi berbanding terbalik dengan laju aliran dan viskositas fluida. Mikropori berukuran lebih besar daripada mikropori lainnya dan berfungsi sebagai filter permukaan yang dapat menahan partikel asing.<br \/>\n<strong>Intercept<\/strong><br \/>\nRetensi hanya berkaitan dengan ukuran partikel pengotor, dan tidak ada hubungannya dengan laju aliran maupun viskositas fluida. Beberapa partikel terperangkap di permukaan keramik berpori atau mengendap di pori-pori keramik berpori tersebut.<br \/>\n<strong>catatan<\/strong><br \/>\nFilter keramik telah beroperasi selama beberapa waktu; hal ini disebabkan oleh kemungkinan terjadinya penebalan pada saluran internal elemen filter akibat partikel-partikel pengotor dalam medium cair, serta penebalan lapisan kue filter di permukaannya, yang mengakibatkan peningkatan resistansi filtrasi. Ketika laju aliran dikurangi, aliran dapat dibalikkan melalui gas dan dicuci dengan campuran cairan tunggal. Untuk memproduksi roda berkualitas tinggi, penting agar produk tersebut bebas dari cacat eksternal maupun internal. Cacat pengecoran berkaitan dengan sifat mekanis dan kualitas permukaan. Sistem filter CFF juga digunakan dalam produksi roda dari paduan aluminium ringan yang dicetak dengan cetakan bertekanan rendah.<br \/>\nOleh karena itu, kemurnian logam sangatlah penting. Cacat yang timbul akibat proses peleburan disebut inklusi. Inklusi bergantung pada komposisi kimia cairan logam. Filter digunakan untuk memisahkan inklusi dari cairan logam.
