{"id":8686,"date":"2021-03-25T02:53:49","date_gmt":"2021-03-25T02:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=8686"},"modified":"2021-03-25T02:54:31","modified_gmt":"2021-03-25T02:54:31","slug":"flux-removes-non-metallic-inclusions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/flux-removes-non-metallic-inclusions\/","title":{"rendered":"Flux Menghilangkan Inklusi Non-Logam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Flux Menghilangkan Inklusi Non-Logam<\/strong> yaitu fluks granular eksotermik ringan, yang cocok untuk semua jenis paduan aluminium, kecuali paduan AlMg di mana penyerapan natrium dalam jumlah sedikit harus dihindari.<\/p>\n<p>Terdapat berbagai jenis fluks paduan aluminium yang digunakan dalam proses peleburan paduan aluminium, yang dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori: bahan penutup (fluks untuk mencegah oksidasi dan penguapan logam cair) dan bahan pemurnian (gas untuk menghilangkan gas dan inklusi). Agen penutup berbeda dengan agen pemurnian. Namun, fluks apa pun yang digunakan dalam proses peleburan paduan aluminium harus memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut.<br \/>\n1. Jika bereaksi dengan logam, reaksi tersebut hanya boleh menghasilkan gas inert yang tidak larut dalam logam, dan bahan pelebur tersebut harus tidak larut dalam logam cair.<br \/>\n5. Penyerapan kelembapan rendah dan tekanan penguapan rendah.<br \/>\n6. Bahan tersebut tidak boleh mengandung atau menghasilkan zat pengotor dan gas yang berbahaya.<br \/>\n7. Cairan tersebut harus memiliki viskositas dan kelancaran yang tepat.<br \/>\n8. Logam cair dimurnikan dalam wadah tuang. Pertama, masukkan satu bungkus bahan pelebur ke dalam wadah tuang, lalu tuangkan logam cair ke dalamnya dan aduk secara menyeluruh untuk memperluas luas permukaan kontak antara keduanya.<br \/>\n2. Logam cair tersebut dimurnikan dalam tungku induksi. Bahan pelebur dimasukkan ke dalam tungku induksi, dan berkat aksi pengadukan medan magnet induksi, bahan pelebur dan logam cair tercampur secara merata untuk mencapai tujuan pemurnian.<br \/>\n3. Pemurnian dalam wadah tuang, atau penyebaran fluks secara mekanis ke dalam cairan logam menggunakan pengaduk di dalam tungku.<br \/>\n4. Logam cair tersebut dimurnikan dalam alat pengaduk bermedan magnet. Metode ini memanfaatkan gaya elektromagnetik untuk secara terus-menerus mengalirkan logam cair ke antarmuka fluks-logam guna mencapai kontak aktif antara logam cair aluminium dan fluks. Semakin tinggi kecepatan aliran logam cair, semakin baik pula hasil pemurniannya.<br \/>\n5. Pemurnian fluks secara listrik. Metode ini bertujuan untuk memurnikan fluks secara terus-menerus dengan menerapkan medan listrik (pada antarmuka logam-fluks) ke lapisan fluks.<\/p>\n<p>Flux menghilangkan inklusi non-logam; terak kering yang menyerupai abu yang dihasilkan dapat dengan mudah dipisahkan dari logam cair.<br \/>\nOleh karena itu, proses pengambilan terak dianjurkan, dan kehilangan logam akibat aluminium yang tertinggal dalam lapisan terak pun berkurang. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/molten-aluminum-refining\/\">Pemurnian aluminium cair<\/a> dikembangkan secara khusus untuk perlindungan lingkungan.<br \/>\nProduk ini bebas debu saat digunakan dan menghasilkan asap yang sedikit. Dibandingkan dengan fluks bubuk, fluks butiran dapat digunakan dalam jumlah yang lebih sedikit.<br \/>\nPetunjuk penggunaan: Cara terbaik dalam proses pemurnian aluminium cair adalah dengan menambahkan aluminium cair tersebut ke aliran tuangan selama proses pengisian dan pengangkutan wadah tuang atau cawan peleburan.<br \/>\nSebagai alternatif, bahan tersebut dapat ditambahkan ke permukaan logam setelah proses transfer selesai.
