{"id":8671,"date":"2021-03-24T07:56:11","date_gmt":"2021-03-24T07:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=8671"},"modified":"2021-03-24T07:56:11","modified_gmt":"2021-03-24T07:56:11","slug":"grain-refining-of-aluminium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/grain-refining-of-aluminium\/","title":{"rendered":"Penghalusan Butiran Aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Proses Penghalusan Butir Aluminium berfungsi untuk menghilangkan inklusi non-logam, hidrogen, natrium, kalsium, dan litium dari aluminium cair dan paduan aluminium.<\/strong><br \/>\nGrain Refining diproduksi dalam dua bentuk, yaitu partikel halus dan butiran.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/grain-refinement\/\">Pemurnian Biji-bijian<\/a> bereaksi dengan cepat dan secara efektif menghilangkan natrium, litium, dan kalsium dari aluminium cair, paduan aluminium, serta lapisan tahan api tungku.<br \/>\nPada paduan aluminium berkadar Mg tinggi, kandungan natrium di bawah 1 ppm dapat dicapai pada hasil cor. Lelehan tersebut harus dikeringkan terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan. Lelehan tersebut tidak boleh diproses dalam keadaan dingin dan harus dilapisi dengan lapisan pelindung untuk mencegah logam menyerap hidrogen lebih lanjut serta meningkatkan kandungan besi.<br \/>\nKadar air pada bahan pemurnian harus dijaga agar tetap di bawah 0,3%, dan kemurnian gas emosional harus di atas 99,99%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selama proses pemurnian,<\/strong> Letakkan ujung pipa saluran keluar sedekat mungkin dengan dasar kolam logam cair, lalu gerakkan pipa saluran keluar tersebut maju-mundur agar bahan pemurnian bersentuhan sepenuhnya dengan aluminium cair guna mencapai tujuan pemurnian.<br \/>\nSelama proses pemurnian, penulis dapat dengan leluasa mengontrol aliran gas pembawa dan zat pemurnian melalui barometer serta kecepatan pengumpan bubuk.<br \/>\nHal ini dilakukan untuk mengendalikan tingkat perputaran aluminium cair, serta meminimalkan polusi sekunder sebanyak mungkin.
