Bahan ini dibentuk melalui proses hisap vakum dan penyaringan bahan komposit serat nano, kemudian diproses menggunakan peralatan berpresisi tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Rusal Aluminum memperkenalkan proses perakitan dan penggunaan Nozel Pengumpanan Aluminium Cair untuk Pengecoran<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pengolahan Nozel Pengecoran Aluminium Cair<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Letakkan pelat nosel yang telah dipotong di atas platform produksi, tentukan posisi sekat dan pembatas sesuai dengan jenis paduan dan spesifikasinya, tutup penutupnya, lalu sesuaikan celah antara penutup atas dengan sekat dan pembatas; jika sudah pas, rekatkan dengan lateks putih.<br \/>\n2. Tutupi pelat penyangga, pasang bilah kayu, kencangkan dengan alat pengunci khusus, ukur ukuran lubang mulut (lubang pada nosel pengecoran umumnya sama dengan ketebalan pelat, dan persyaratan ukuran lubang tersebut bergantung pada rencana pemrosesan nosel pengecoran), lalu sesuaikan dengan ukuran yang diperlukan. Pastikan seluruh bagian mulut nosel lurus.<br \/>\n3. Sesuai dengan bentuk mulut cetakan, potong dan sesuaikan bentuk telinga, lalu tempelkan di kedua sisi mulut cetakan, letakkan balok kayu sebagai penyangga, dan kencangkan dengan sekrup pengencang.<br \/>\n4. Setelah nosel pengecoran dipasang pada platform selama beberapa waktu (tidak kurang dari 2 jam), lepaskan nosel tersebut, bor lubang sesuai dengan posisi lubang pada dudukan nosel pengecoran, lalu tandai spesifikasi, ukuran, dan nomor nosel pengecoran dengan pensil.<br \/>\n5. Letakkan nosel cetakan yang sudah jadi di rak di ruang pengeringan, pastikan penempatannya rapi dan lurus. Letakkan sesuai prinsip bagian atas sempit dan bagian bawah lebar, tidak lebih dari 4 pasang<br \/>\n6. Gantunglah perlengkapan nosel pengecoran pada platform khusus, lepaskan nosel bekas, lalu bersihkan.<br \/>\n2. Keluarkan nosel pengecoran yang diperlukan dari ruang pengeringan dan letakkan secara mendatar di atas alat penyangga nosel pengecoran. Sejajarkan garis tengahnya sehingga tepi belakang nosel sejajar dengan tepi belakang pelat bawah, dan tepi depannya sejajar dengan tepi depan pelat bawah. Tutup pelat atas agar tepi belakangnya sejajar dengan tepi belakang nosel pengecoran, dan tepi depannya sejajar.<br \/>\n3. Kencangkan baut penjepit untuk menyesuaikan lebar bukaan penjepit sesuai dengan semua persyaratan yang diperlukan.<br \/>\n4. Kencangkan pelat penekan samping dan kawat bagian atas.<br \/>\n5. Catat lebar pembukaan mulut dan kelurusan setelah perakitan.<\/p>\n<p>Penyesuaian Mesin pada Nozel Pengecoran Aluminium Cair<br \/>\n1. Sesuaikan jenis kejahatan dan tingkat kejahatan anak sesuai dengan persyaratan: tetapkan tanda air pada berkas tersebut.<br \/>\n2.
