Struktur retakannya berupa struktur serat berlapis yang halus dan seragam untuk mencegah terbentuknya struktur yang menggumpal. Suhu pengecoran dan penggulungan terlalu tinggi, kecepatannya terlalu cepat, dan intensitas pendinginan tidak memadai, sehingga bahan lembaran belum sepenuhnya mengeras saat digulung.<br \/>\n2. Tingkat cairan pada kotak depan terlalu rendah, dan nosel pengumpan tersumbat parah akibat suhu dingin dan faktor-faktor lain. Pasokan bahan cair tidak mencukupi. Bahan cair tidak dapat bersentuhan sepenuhnya dengan permukaan rol, sehingga tidak mengalami deformasi akibat proses penggulungan dan tetap mempertahankan struktur aslinya seperti saat dicetak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pengecoran dengan cetakan batang<\/strong><br \/>\nSelama proses penggulungan, lapisan perekat pada bagian tertentu atau seluruh lebar pita tidak dapat terlepas dari rol setelah keluar dari garis tengah rol, melainkan terlepas secara paksa akibat tegangan penggulungan, sehingga menyebabkan permukaan cincin pita menjadi kasar, melengkung tidak rata, atau muncul garis-garis horizontal. Cacat kerusakan sabuk yang diakibatkannya disebut \u201csticky roller\u201d.<br \/>\n<strong>Alasan-alasan untuk tetap bertahan adalah<\/strong><br \/>\nSuhu lelehan aluminium terlalu tinggi<br \/>\nKecepatan pengecoran yang tinggi<br \/>\nIntensitas pendinginan rendah<br \/>\nSuhu permukaan rol yang tidak merata<br \/>\nKekasaran permukaan yang tidak sesuai<br \/>\nPembersih atau pelumas rol yang kurang baik, tegangan penggulungan rendah<br \/>\nPermukaan rol baru tidak dibersihkan dari minyak atau rol baru tersebut tidak dipanggang, sehingga permukaan dasar bersentuhan langsung dengan aluminium, yang menyebabkan gesekan antara aluminium dan baja, dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Papan pengumuman tetap:<\/strong> Fenomena adhesi lokal antar lapisan saat strip digulung disebut sticky board.<br \/>\nSetelah dibuka secara paksa, area perekat menunjukkan bekas luka yang bersisik, bergaris, atau berbintik-bintik, dan bekas luka pada titik-titik yang sesuai di permukaan kontak yang terhubung saling bertepatan.
