{"id":7747,"date":"2020-11-25T08:28:46","date_gmt":"2020-11-25T08:28:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=7747"},"modified":"2020-11-25T08:28:46","modified_gmt":"2020-11-25T08:28:46","slug":"casting-nozzle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/casting-nozzle\/","title":{"rendered":"Nozel Pengecoran"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nozel Pengecoran<\/strong> mengalirkan logam cair melalui dua rol pendingin yang berputar berlawanan arah untuk langsung mencetak pelat.<br \/>\nBegitu logam cair menyentuh rol, logam tersebut mulai membentuk lapisan luar yang kokoh dan terus membesar seiring pergerakannya menuju celah antara kedua rol.<br \/>\nLapisan pada rol atas dan bawah saling bersentuhan selama proses pembekuan. Selama proses penggulungan panas, titik penggulungan terletak tepat sebelum celah penggulungan dan mengalami deformasi mulai dari sana.<br \/>\nMenentukan lebar pelat aluminium selama proses pengecoran kontinu. Bagian ujung coran dan gasket bersama-sama membentuk rongga sehingga logam dapat mengalir melalui ujung coran tepat sebelum pelat mengeras.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7748\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle.jpg\" alt=\"Nozel Pengecoran\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle-700x525.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Keunggulan Nozel Pengecoran<\/strong><br \/>\nDirancang dan dioptimalkan untuk pengecoran lembaran aluminium<br \/>\nPenampilan permukaan yang sangat baik, permukaan coran yang halus dan seragam<br \/>\nStabil secara dimensi<br \/>\nKetahanan terhadap guncangan panas<br \/>\nTidak terjadi pelepasan gas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tujuan:<\/strong> Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk meneliti kemampuan proses pengecoran gulungan berkecepatan tinggi pada paduan aluminium 5182.<br \/>\nTelah dilakukan penelitian untuk menentukan mesin pengecoran rol ganda yang sesuai guna mencetak strip 5182.<br \/>\nDesain\/metodologi\/pendekatan: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mesin pengecoran rol ganda berdiameter tidak sama dan<br \/>\nmesin pengecoran rol ganda berkecepatan tinggi tipe vertikal yang dilengkapi dengan rol baja karbon rendah tanpa bahan pemisah.<br \/>\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mesin pengecoran rol ganda berkecepatan tinggi tipe vertikal terbukti efektif untuk mencetak strip baja 5182 dengan kecepatan tinggi.<br \/>\n5182 dapat dituang dengan kecepatan 10 kali lebih tinggi daripada mesin tuang rol ganda konvensional untuk paduan aluminium. 5182 dapat dituang menggunakan rol baja lunak tanpa bahan pemisah tanpa terjadi lengket.<br \/>\nKeterbatasan\/implikasi penelitian: yaitu, kemampuan pengecoran strip lebar\u2014yang lebarnya melebihi 600 mm\u2014tidak dapat diteliti.<br \/>\nImplikasi praktis: Strip baja 5182 dengan lebar 600 mm dapat dicetak, dan lebar ini sudah memadai untuk beberapa bagian struktural. Baja 5182 dapat dicetak menjadi strip dengan produktivitas tinggi dan konsumsi energi rendah, menggunakan peralatan ekonomis serta tanpa bahan habis pakai.<br \/>\nOrisinalitas\/nilai: Metode pembuatan lembaran logam paduan aluminium yang ekonomis diadopsi dari luar negeri. Paduan aluminium yang ekonomis dan proses produksi yang ekonomis merupakan faktor penting untuk menghasilkan lembaran logam paduan aluminium yang ekonomis.<br \/>\nKata kunci: Pengecoran; Mesin pengecoran rol ganda; Paduan aluminium 5182; Strip.
