Penggunaan Filter Keramik Honeycomb produksi Adtech dapat secara efektif menghilangkan segala jenis kotoran dalam cairan aluminium.
\nGunakan Filter Keramik Honeycomb dengan gasket penyegel di sekeliling pelat filter, yang berfungsi untuk menyegel pelat filter guna mencegah keluarnya cairan aluminium.<\/p>\n

Di sini kami memperkenalkan penggunaan Filter Keramik Honeycomb
\n1. Bersihkan kotoran yang menempel di permukaan kotak filter agar kotak filter tetap bersih dan terhindar dari kerusakan.

Pemanasan awal dapat dilakukan dengan pemanas listrik atau gas, dengan waktu pemanasan normal 15\u201330 menit;
\n4. Perhatikan perubahan tekanan hidraulik aluminium selama proses pengecoran, dan jaga agar aliran cairan aluminium tetap sesuai kebutuhan normal. Tekanan awal normal berkisar antara 100\u2013150 mm. Ketika cairan aluminium mulai mengalir,
\nIndenter akan turun hingga di bawah 75\u2013100 mm, kemudian indenter akan naik secara perlahan;
