Filter Busa Keramik Berbentuk Sarang Lebah<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adtech Ceramic Foam Filter merupakan hasil riset dalam negeri yang mengadopsi formula dan proses dari berbagai perusahaan ternama di luar negeri. Produk ini dikembangkan secara cermat dengan memanfaatkan peralatan produksi canggih dari luar negeri serta beberapa bahan baku impor. Kinerjanya sepenuhnya memenuhi atau bahkan melampaui standar produk sejenis dari luar negeri.<\/p>\n

Fungsi produk<\/strong>
\nProses ini dapat secara efektif menghilangkan inklusi berukuran besar dalam cairan aluminium.
\nInklusi halus berukuran beberapa mikrometer yang tidak dapat dihilangkan melalui proses konvensional pada aluminium cair dapat dihilangkan.
\nKurangi kandungan hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium.
\nMelalui proses adsorpsi, kandungan unsur-unsur berbahaya (Na.k) dalam cairan aluminium dapat dihilangkan.<\/p>\n

\"Filter<\/p>\n

Petunjuk<\/strong>
\n1. Bersihkan kotak filter.
\n2. Letakkan dengan hati-hati Pelat filter busa keramik<\/a> masukkan ke dalam kotak filter, lalu tekan gasket penyegel di sekeliling pelat filter dengan tangan untuk mencegah cairan aluminium mengalir.
\n3. Panaskan terlebih dahulu kotak filter dan pelat filter secara merata agar suhunya mendekati suhu larutan aluminium cor.
\n4. Perhatikan perubahan ketinggian hidrolik aluminium selama proses pengecoran. Ketinggian awal yang normal adalah 75\u2013150 mm. Ketika cairan aluminium mulai mengalir, ketinggian hidrolik akan turun di bawah 25 mm, kemudian ketinggian hidrolik akan perlahan-lahan meningkat.
\n5. Setelah proses penyaringan selesai, segera keluarkan pelat saring dan bersihkan kotak saring.<\/p>\n

Catatan: Pelat filter keramik merupakan bahan habis pakai sekali pakai saat digunakan dalam industri pengolahan aluminium. Pengguna disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan dengan cermat kapasitas tungku mereka dan memilih pelat filter keramik dengan spesifikasi yang sesuai guna menghindari penggunaan yang tidak tepat atau pemborosan yang tidak perlu.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
