Mesin Penghilang Gas yang Dapat Dipindahkan: Rotor yang berputar saat beroperasi memecah gas inert (argon atau nitrogen) yang dihembuskan ke dalam cairan aluminium menjadi sejumlah besar gelembung-gelembung halus, lalu menyebarkannya ke seluruh cairan aluminium.
\nGelembung dalam cairan aluminium bergantung pada perbedaan tekanan parsial gas dan prinsip adsorpsi permukaan; gelembung tersebut menyerap hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium, mengadsorpsi terak yang teroksidasi, dan dikeluarkan dari permukaan\"Mesin cairan aluminium saat gelembung naik, sehingga cairan aluminium tersebut dapat dimurnikan.
\nKarena gelembung-gelembung tersebut tersebar dengan sangat halus, gelembung-gelembung tersebut tercampur secara merata dengan logam cair yang berputar, lalu perlahan-lahan naik ke atas secara spiral; aliran udara yang biasanya terbentuk akibat kenaikan lurus yang terus-menerus tidak terjadi saat bersentuhan dengan cairan aluminium, sehingga secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas pemurnian.
\nBaik argon maupun nitrogen dapat digunakan sebagai gas untuk proses degassing dan penghilangan terak dari cairan aluminium. Kemurnian gas inert tersebut harus di atas 99,95%.<\/p>\n

\n2. Lengan ayun dan batang grafit dapat digerakkan ke atas dan ke bawah agar sesuai dengan tungku.
\n3. Tingkat penghilangan hidrogen yang tinggi dan kecepatan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kemurnian air aluminium serta mempersingkat waktu proses pemurnian dan peleburan.<\/p>\n
