Penyaringan Logam<\/p>\n

Filter keramik untuk penyaringan logam aluminium dibuat melalui proses impregnasi busa organik, serta pengaruh suhu sintering terhadap kinerja filter busa keramik berbasis alumina.
\nSeiring dengan meningkatnya suhu sintering, kekuatan tekan dan ketahanan terhadap guncangan termal pada filter busa keramik berbahan dasar alumina menunjukkan kecenderungan yang awalnya meningkat, kemudian menurun.
\nPada suhu sintering 1430 \u00b0C, kedua sifat tersebut menjadi lebih tinggi.
\nSaat ini, berkat ukuran butiran yang seragam, kandungan pori dan fase kaca yang lebih sedikit dalam keramik tersebut, serta komposisi fase yang lebih banyak mengandung fase mullit dan lebih sedikit mengandung fase kristobalit, kinerja keseluruhannya menjadi yang terbaik.
\nPada saat itu, massa jenis volume keramik tersebut sebesar 0,5 g\/cm\u00b3, kekuatan tekan sebesar 2,7 MPa, dan jumlah siklus termal pada suhu 1100 \u00b0C hingga suhu kamar sebanyak 27 kali.<\/p>\n
