Filter Busa Keramik ZrO\u2082<\/p>\n

Saat ini, bidang yang paling menjanjikan dalam pemanfaatan busa poliuretan berpori untuk keperluan industri adalah produksi Filter Busa Keramik ZrO\u2082.<\/p>\n

Dengan menggunakan filter-filter ini, berbagai kotoran dalam coran logam dapat dihilangkan berkat struktur pori-pori terbuka yang dimilikinya. Selama proses pengecoran, logam cair mengalir melalui pori-pori filter, sehingga semua kotoran yang tidak diperlukan tertinggal di filter tersebut.<\/p>\n

PUF dalam filter terutama berfungsi sebagai matriks untuk kelanjutan proses katalisis. Untuk itu, busa tersebut dilapisi dengan suspensi keramik dan dikeringkan.
