{"id":5852,"date":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5852"},"modified":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","modified_gmt":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","slug":"poroous-foam-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/poroous-foam-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filter Busa Berpori"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Filter Busa Berpori<\/p>\n<p>Pengecoran rangka depan mesin jet berdiameter 82 cm dan bermassa 40 kg ini dibuat dari paduan aluminium (A 201) dengan metode pengecoran pasir.<br \/>\nDalam proses pembuatan coran semacam itu yang menggunakan kisi-kisi baja pada bagian tubuh coran, teramati adanya sejumlah besar inklusi terak yang tersebar.<br \/>\nPenggunaan filter busa keramik memungkinkan untuk sepenuhnya menghilangkan munculnya cacat-cacat tersebut pada coran-coran ini. Untuk pembuatan coran ini, digunakan empat saluran pengisi dan empat pasang filter.<br \/>\nPenutup kotak roda gigi untuk helikopter dengan berat 13 kg (dimensi keseluruhan 25 x 35 x 10 cm) harus memenuhi persyaratan untuk coran kelompok C (tingkat kualitas tertinggi untuk coran keperluan umum). Pada coran semacam itu, tidak boleh terdapat lebih dari dua inklusi asing yang terdeteksi melalui pemeriksaan radiografi.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan menggunakan teknologi yang biasa digunakan, dihasilkan 300 buah coran, di mana 75 di antaranya (25%) dinyatakan tidak lulus; angka ini (75) tidak termasuk coran yang cacat permukaannya telah diperbaiki. Permukaan yang telah diproses tidak boleh memiliki cacat apa pun.<br \/>\nPersyaratan ini sulit dipenuhi dalam kondisi normal, karena paduan 535, yang mengandung magnesium dalam jumlah yang cukup besar, rentan terhadap pembentukan inklusi oksida.<br \/>\nPada pengecoran biasa, beberapa cacat permukaan dihilangkan melalui proses pengelasan dan penggerindaan selanjutnya.<br \/>\nDari setiap lima hasil pengecoran yang dihasilkan dengan teknologi konvensional, hanya dua yang memenuhi syarat.<br \/>\nPemasangan dua filter keramik berukuran 10\u00d710 memungkinkan diperolehnya hasil cor yang tidak memerlukan pengelasan untuk memperbaiki cacat permukaan.<\/p>\n<p>Impeler kompresor ini terbuat dari paduan A 201 yang dicetak dalam cetakan plester. Massa corannya sebesar 19 kg, diameternya 4 cm, dan tingginya 18 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak boleh ada cacat pada bilah impeler. Dari 125 coran yang diproduksi menggunakan teknologi konvensional, hanya 96 yang memenuhi syarat. Setelah memasang filter keramik pada setiap pengumpan, dihasilkan 155 coran, di mana 154 di antaranya memenuhi syarat, dan 1 buah cacat (namun bukan disebabkan oleh adanya inklusi).<\/p>\n<p>Penggunaan filter busa keramik dalam pembuatan coran presisi (komponen radar dan pesawat terbang) telah diuji. Dalam hal ini, filter tersebut diproduksi sebagai bagian dari model lilin yang akan dibakar.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu bagian radar \u2013 sebuah coran berbentuk kotak seberat 3 kg dan berukuran 35 x 15 x 20 cm \u2013 dibuat dari paduan A 356. Awalnya, 200 coran diproduksi menggunakan teknologi konvensional (dengan saringan). Dari jumlah tersebut, 160 coran (80%) dinyatakan layak, sedangkan 40 coran (20%) cacat. Pemasangan saringan (5\u00d75 cm) memungkinkan untuk sepenuhnya menghilangkan cacat pada coran.<\/p>\n<p>Efisiensi tinggi yang dimiliki oleh Filter Busa Berpori dibandingkan dengan filter jaring konvensional dapat dijelaskan oleh struktur dinding ganda yang dimilikinya.<br \/>\nFilter busa berpori dapat menyaring partikel yang sangat kecil (sekitar 3 mikron), sedangkan saat menggunakan saringan kawat, ukuran partikel yang dapat disaring ditentukan oleh ukuran lubang jaring yang terbuka (biasanya setidaknya 1.250 mikron).<br \/>\nKeunggulan penting lainnya dari filter keramik adalah pengisian rongga cetakan dengan logam cair yang lancar tanpa terjadinya turbulensi (sedangkan saat menggunakan kisi-kisi konvensional, sering terjadi pergerakan turbulen dan semburan logam di dalam rongga cetakan).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poroous Foam Filter Casting of the front frame of a jet engine with a diameter of 82 cm and a mass of 40 kg is made of Al-alloy (A 201) by sand casting.
