{"id":5635,"date":"2019-09-02T01:46:31","date_gmt":"2019-09-02T01:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5635"},"modified":"2019-09-02T01:46:31","modified_gmt":"2019-09-02T01:46:31","slug":"metallurgical-and-foundry-filters-for-aluminum-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/metallurgical-and-foundry-filters-for-aluminum-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"Filter metalurgi dan pengecoran untuk pemurnian aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Filter metalurgi dan pengecoran untuk pemurnian aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TUJUAN: Elemen filter untuk PEA aluminium dirancang untuk penyaringan halus semua jenis aluminium dan paduannya (paduan tempa dan cor berbasis aluminium\u2013silikon (silumin), aluminium\u2013tembaga (duralumin), aluminium\u2013magnesium (magnalium), silumin khusus), seng, magnesium, serta logam dan paduan non-besi lainnya, sekaligus memberikan efek positif tambahan pada lelehan aluminium sesuai permintaan Pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>DESKRIPSI: Elemen filter untuk FEA aluminium dibuat berdasarkan jaring kaca merek KS-11-LA atau SSF melalui proses pencelupan serat kaca ke dalam larutan khusus, diikuti dengan pengeringan dan pengkalsinasi pada suhu di atas 600 \u00ba\u0421. Perlakuan ini memberikan kekakuan, kemampuan adaptasi, dan ketahanan kimia pada jaring kaca tersebut saat terpapar paduan logam non-besi cair dengan suhu hingga 800 \u00ba\u0421 dan waktu kerja hingga 200 detik. Dasar filter berupa struktur jaring dengan kepadatan permukaan 500 \u2026 600 g\/m\u00b2 dan ukuran mata jaring filter: 1,0\u00d71,0 mm; 1,5\u00d71,5 mm; 2,0 \u00d7 2,0 mm (direkomendasikan 1,5 mm), ketebalan filter \u2013 0,8 \u2026 1,2 mm. Filter untuk paduan berbasis aluminium FEA disediakan dalam bentuk gulungan atau dipotong menjadi persegi panjang dengan ukuran yang diperlukan (bentuk khusus \u2013 lingkaran, corong volume, dll. \u2013 sesuai kesepakatan dengan produsen).<\/p>\n<p>TEKNOLOGI PENERAPAN: Elemen filter untuk aluminium FEA digunakan dalam produksi coran berwarna menggunakan cetakan pasir tunggal dan cetakan pendingin. Untuk mendapatkan efek penyaringan maksimal, filter harus dipasang sedekat mungkin dengan badan coran. Filter juga dapat digunakan dalam produksi coran investasi (coran presisi), cetakan injeksi, serta dapat dipasang dalam kotak filtrasi sebagai filter metalurgi berdaya hasil tinggi saat menuangkan logam dari tungku ke ember pengangkut perantara (atau dari sendok perantara ke mixer). Bentuk dan dimensi filter harus sesuai dengan tujuannya dan dihitung berdasarkan metode yang didasarkan pada kondisi teknologi spesifik untuk produksi coran. jaring silika (sesuai permintaan pelanggan), peningkatan proses pemurnian, dan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/degassing-metal\/\">penghilangan gas<\/a> kemampuan, ketahanan yang lebih tinggi terhadap suhu tinggi, serta sifat-sifat bermanfaat lainnya.<br \/>\nPenggunaan filter pengecoran FEA dengan lapisan khusus memungkinkan tercapainya kemurnian logam berkualitas tinggi dengan karakteristik mekanis yang unggul, berkat pengaruh-pengaruh berikut terhadap cairan logam:<\/p>\n<p>pembersihan mendalam pada paduan non-besi dari kotoran non-logam padat dan gas berkat penerapan mekanisme penyaringan yang efektif: penahanan mekanis inklusi terak dan lapisan oksida yang ukurannya melebihi ukuran sel, penundaan inklusi oleh lapisan terak dari sisi pasokan filter, termasuk partikel dengan ukuran yang jauh lebih kecil, adsorpsi partikel yang tidak terlarut, serta pelepasan gas terlarut sebagai hasil dari kontak logam cair dengan dasar filter dan lapisan tahan api;<br \/>\nmodifikasi pada silumin yang terdiri dari silikon eutektik (eutektik) dan larutan padat alfa silikon dalam aluminium (butiran Al), penggerindaan, serta perataan struktur coran berwarna sebagai hasil dari saturasi lelehan melalui kristalisasi efektif, pusat-pusat modifikasi, dan unsur-unsur paduan dari komposisi impregnasi;<br \/>\nPelepasan gas inert selama proses pemanasan dan penggunaan bahan tahan api yang tersebar halus dalam komposisi impregnasi menjamin ketahanan termal dan kimia yang tinggi pada struktur filter selama seluruh proses penuangan, yang secara signifikan memperluas cakupan penerapan filter berbahan dasar serat kaca untuk penyaringan paduan berbasis aluminium;<br \/>\nPembentukan aliran logam laminar di belakang filter berkontribusi pada pengisian cetakan yang lancar, sekaligus mengurangi risiko kerusakan rongga cetakan, serta risiko terbentuknya kontaminan baru akibat reoksidasi logam cair<br \/>\nPENGARUH PENERAPAN:<\/p>\n<p>penurunan tajam dalam jumlah hasil pengecoran yang cacat akibat adanya inklusi non-logam, lapisan oksida, terak, dan gas;<br \/>\npenyederhanaan dan pengurangan yang signifikan dalam konsumsi logam pada sistem saluran tuang, karena sistem saluran tuang tersebut tidak memerlukan elemen-elemen yang menghambat pergerakan logam maupun perangkap terak;<br \/>\noptimalisasi kecepatan pengecoran, pencegahan erosi cetakan, peningkatan permukaan dan kualitas hasil cor;<br \/>\nmeningkatkan sifat mekanis struktur coran dan mencapai kepadatan coran yang lebih baik<br \/>\nKEUNTUNGAN PENGGUNAAN:<\/p>\n<p>Beragam bentuk
