Terdapat dua metode utama dalam penerapan teknologi pemurnian logam cair paduan aluminium yang mengalami deformasi.<br \/>\nProses peleburan dan pemurnian di dalam tungku, pengecoran semi-kontinu pelat keramik berbusa untuk penyaringan di luar tungku, penggantian pelat filter keramik dilakukan satu per proses pengecoran, dan beberapa pabrik pengolahan aluminium menambahkan deaerator tipe palung yang terintegrasi dalam proses sebelum tahap penyaringan guna meningkatkan efektivitas pemurnian.<br \/>\nJenis kedua diterapkan pada jalur pengecoran kontinu, dan penggantiannya ditentukan berdasarkan selisih tekanan di depan dan di belakang pelat filter untuk menentukan jangka waktu penggantian.<\/p>\n<p>Filter Zirkonia adalah salah satu jenis pelat filter keramik. Bubur keramik berbahan dasar zirkonia diaplikasikan secara merata pada struktur jaringan tiga dimensi dan busa organik dengan pori-pori yang saling terhubung sebagai kerangka pembawa, kemudian dikeringkan dan dipadatkan, lalu dibakar pada suhu tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Filter Zirkonia memiliki suhu maksimum 1.760 \u00b0C dan banyak digunakan dalam proses penyaringan berbagai jenis coran, paduan induk bersuhu tinggi, dan coran untuk industri dirgantara, bahan magnetik, pengecoran kontinu paduan tembaga-magnesium, serta pengecoran bertekanan rendah paduan logam non-besi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porositas Filter Zirkonia<\/strong><br \/>\nPorositas adalah persentase dari total volume rongga-rongga di dalam <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/porous-foam-ceramic-filter\/\">Filter Keramik Busa Berpori<\/a> produk terhadap volume total produk pelat filter.<br \/>\nPorositas menentukan kapasitas filtrasi pelat filter keramik berbahan busa per satuan volume.<br \/>\nSemakin besar porositasnya, semakin besar laju aliran filtrasi pelat filter, dan semakin tinggi kapasitas filtrasinya.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini terdapat dua metode utama untuk menentukan porositas.<br \/>\nSalah satunya adalah menghitung volume lubang pada Filter Ziroconia berdasarkan hukum Archimedes, yaitu dengan menyuntikkan air ke dalam gelas kimia yang dilengkapi pipa luapan hingga air mengalir keluar dari pipa luapan tersebut.<br \/>\nAir tersebut akan diuji setelah alirannya berhenti.<br \/>\nSemua sampel dimasukkan dengan hati-hati ke dalam air, kemudian air mengalir keluar melalui tabung luapan, dan volume air di bagian ini diukur.<br \/>\nVolume air limpahan dikurangkan dari volume fisik pelat saring, yang merupakan volume total lubang-lubang pada pelat saring tersebut.<br \/>\nMetode lain adalah dengan menentukan secara terpisah kepadatan sebenarnya dan kepadatan volume sampel yang akan diuji, kemudian menghitung porositas sampel tersebut berdasarkan rumus berikut.<br \/>\nKedua metode ini masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya sendiri.<br \/>\nCara kerjanya sederhana dan praktis, serta kecepatan pendeteksiannya tinggi, namun kelemahan fatalnya disebabkan oleh karakteristik penyerapan air dari bahan pelat filter itu sendiri, sehingga volume air yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil daripada volume sebenarnya. Hal ini menyebabkan data yang diukur menjadi terlalu kecil.<br \/>\nMeskipun proses pengujian pada metode kedua lebih rumit, pengaruh penyerapan air oleh bahan pelat saring dapat dikesampingkan selama pengujian, dan data yang diperoleh relatif akurat.<br \/>\nDalam standar ini, indeks porositas ditetapkan lebih besar dari 84%.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5435\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ziroconia-Filter.jpg\" alt=\"Filter Zirkonia\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ziroconia-Filter.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Ziroconia-Filter-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Keunggulan Filter Ziroconia antara lain:<\/strong><br \/>\nMengurangi gas dan inklusi yang terkandung dalam coran, mengurangi tingkat turbulensi logam cair saat mengisi cetakan, mengurangi cacat permukaan pada coran, serta secara signifikan mengurangi tingkat penolakan coran<br \/>\nMeningkatkan kedapannya coran terhadap tekanan, meningkatkan perpanjangan dan kekuatan tarik coran, meningkatkan kualitas permukaan coran, meningkatkan mobilitas logam cair, serta meningkatkan kapasitas pengisian dan kapasitas aliran logam cair.<br \/>\nSederhanakan sistem pengecoran, kurangi panjang saluran aliran lateral, dan tingkatkan hasil pengecoran.<br \/>\nMengurangi waktu pemrosesan dan keausan alat, serta meningkatkan kualitas permukaan coran.<br \/>\nBusa keramik memiliki kekuatan mekanis yang tinggi, stabilitas kimiawi, serta ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap guncangan termal dan guncangan aliran logam cair, bahkan dalam lingkungan bersuhu tinggi.<br \/>\nTidak ada terak atau pecahan selama proses pengerjaan, guna menjamin kualitas dan komposisi kimia yang stabil dari logam cair.<br \/>\nMemiliki aliran logam yang besar dan stabil; meskipun kandungan inklusi dalam logam cair cukup tinggi, filter busa keramik tidak akan tersumbat.
