Jika keseragaman pori-pori busa baik, maka keseragaman pori-pori pelat filter pun akan baik; oleh karena itu, pemilihan busa sangatlah penting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ketahanan terhadap guncangan termal pada Filter Busa Keramik Silikon<\/strong><br \/>\nKetahanan terhadap guncangan termal mengacu pada kemampuan pelat filter keramik berbahan busa untuk menahan kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh perubahan suhu yang mendadak.<br \/>\nSelama penggunaan pelat filter keramik berbusa, kami mengharuskan pengguna untuk memulai proses penyaringan setelah pelat filter dipanaskan secara bertahap hingga mencapai suhu lelehan aluminium yang akan disaring sebelum digunakan<br \/>\nNamun, beberapa pengguna tidak mematuhi hal ini dengan baik saat menggunakannya.<br \/>\nTelah ditetapkan bahwa setelah pelat saring dipasang, lelehan disaring tanpa melalui proses pemanasan awal, sehingga pelat saring tersebut harus memiliki ketahanan terhadap guncangan termal tertentu.<br \/>\nSemakin baik ketahanan terhadap guncangan termal, semakin tahan lama pelat filter tersebut, dan semakin baik pula kualitasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini terdapat dua metode utama untuk menentukan porositas.<br \/>\nSalah satunya adalah menghitung volume lubang pada pelat saringan berdasarkan hukum Archimedes, yaitu dengan menyuntikkan air ke dalam gelas kimia yang dilengkapi pipa luapan hingga air mengalir keluar dari pipa luapan tersebut.<br \/>\nAir tersebut akan diuji setelah alirannya berhenti.<br \/>\nSemua sampel dimasukkan dengan hati-hati ke dalam air, kemudian air mengalir keluar melalui tabung luapan, dan volume air di bagian ini diukur.<br \/>\nVolume air limpahan dikurangkan dari volume fisik pelat saring, yang merupakan volume total lubang-lubang pada pelat saring tersebut.<br \/>\nMetode lain adalah dengan menentukan secara terpisah kepadatan sebenarnya dan kepadatan volume sampel yang akan diuji, kemudian menghitung porositas sampel tersebut berdasarkan rumus berikut.<br \/>\nKedua metode ini masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya sendiri.<br \/>\nCara kerjanya sederhana dan praktis, serta kecepatan pendeteksiannya tinggi, namun kelemahan fatalnya disebabkan oleh karakteristik penyerapan air dari bahan pelat filter itu sendiri, sehingga volume air yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil daripada volume sebenarnya. Hal ini menyebabkan data yang diukur menjadi terlalu kecil.<br \/>\nMeskipun proses pengujian pada metode kedua lebih rumit, pengaruh penyerapan air oleh bahan pelat saring dapat dikesampingkan selama pengujian, dan data yang diperoleh relatif akurat.<br \/>\nDalam standar ini, indeks porositas ditetapkan lebih besar dari 84%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kekuatan tekan Filter Busa Keramik Silikon<\/strong><br \/>\nSelama proses pengangkutan dan penggunaan pelat saring, pelat saring tersebut harus mampu menahan tekanan tertentu dari luar.<br \/>\nOleh karena itu, indeks kekuatan tekan juga dimasukkan dalam standar tersebut sebagai salah satu acuan untuk mengukur kualitas pelat filter.
