Ketahanan panasnya mencapai lebih dari sekitar 1.760 \u00b0C, dengan kekuatan yang sangat tinggi dan ketahanan benturan yang sangat baik pada suhu tinggi.<br \/>\nPengecoran aluminium menuntut kekuatan tinggi dan tingkat elongasi yang memadai. Bersihkan kotak filter.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan pelat filter ke dalam kotak filter dengan hati-hati, lalu tekan segel karet di sekeliling pelat filter menggunakan tangan untuk mencegah cairan aluminium mengalir.<br \/>\n3. Panaskan kotak filter dan pelat filter secara merata hingga suhunya mendekati suhu aluminium cair. Pemanasan awal ini dilakukan untuk menghilangkan kelembapan dan memperlancar proses filtrasi awal. Pemanasan awal dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemanas listrik atau gas. Dalam kondisi normal, proses ini memakan waktu sekitar 15\u201330 menit.<br \/>\n4. Perhatikan perubahan ketinggian hidraulik aluminium selama proses pengecoran. Ketinggian awal yang normal adalah 100\u2013150 mm. Ketika cairan aluminium mulai mengalir, ketinggian hidraulik akan turun di bawah 75\u2013100 mm, kemudian ketinggian hidraulik akan perlahan-lahan meningkat.<br \/>\n5. Selama proses penyaringan normal, hindari mengetuk atau menggetarkan pelat saringan. Pada saat yang sama, saluran pembuangan harus diisi dengan cairan aluminium untuk menghindari gangguan yang berlebihan pada cairan aluminium tersebut.<br \/>\n6. Semakin tinggi tingkat transmisi cahaya, semakin sedikit lubang buta, dan semakin efektif lubang saringan (lubang-lubang kecil), semakin baik pula efek penyaringannya.<br \/>\nPelat filter keramik berbusa yang akan diperiksa diletakkan di atas kotak cahaya yang dilengkapi dengan lampu pijar 200W, dan pelat plastik transparan berbentuk persegi dengan ukuran kotak seragam 5,0 \u00d7 5,0 mm digunakan untuk mengukur luas permukaan besar pelat filter, guna menghitung hasil pengujian. Transmisi cahaya pelat filter digunakan untuk menentukan transmisi cahaya pelat filter.
