Model makroskopis berpendapat bahwa proses penghilangan setiap pengotor memiliki sifat yang serupa. Sedangkan model mikroskopis, yaitu menurut teori ini, karena tekanan uap hidrogen yang lebih tinggi, hidrogen terlarut berdifusi ke dalam gas di dalam cairan aluminium yang disuntikkan.<br \/>\nSecara teoritis, inklusi berdiameter 10 mikron bersentuhan dengan gelembung, kemudian teradsorpsi pada gelembung tersebut, dan mengapung ke permukaan cairan.<\/p>\n<p>Tekanan parsial hidrogen dalam gelembung nitrogen yang baru saja keluar dari nosel grafit adalah 0. Saat nitrogen mengapung, hidrogen berdifusi dari cairan aluminium ke dalam gelembung nitrogen di bawah dorongan perbedaan tekanan hidrogen, dan proses ini berlangsung hingga tekanan parsial hidrogen dalam gelembung nitrogen seimbang dengan tekanan parsial hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium; pada saat itu, aliran nitrogen terhenti, dan gas nitrogen kemudian mengapung ke permukaan untuk dibuang, sehingga terjadi penghilangan gas.<\/p>\n<p>Penghilangan gas dari aluminium dengan gelembung argon dilakukan melalui penyempurnaan nosel berputar dalam proses pemurnian nitrogen, serta peningkatan luas permukaan kontak antara argon dan aluminium, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas penghilangan gas dan penghilangan terak, serta mencapai tujuan pemurnian aluminium.
