Alirkan gas inert ke dalam rotor dan tuangkan aluminium cair ke dalam kotak ketika suhu pemanas mendekati suhu aluminium cair.<br \/>\nPeriksa kedapannya antara saluran masuk\/keluar dan saluran pembuangan.<br \/>\nPeriksa kerucut yang terletak di saluran pembuangan pelindung panas di bagian bawah.<br \/>\nPeriksa suhu aluminium cair (minimal 720\u00b0C). Pastikan jarak antara permukaan aluminium cair dan dasar saluran tuang sebesar 3 cm agar dapat mengamati aliran aluminium cair yang masuk ke dalam kotak.<br \/>\nSeorang operator wajib mengenakan pakaian pelindung saat menutup penutup. Terak yang ada di permukaan dapat disaring melalui saluran pembuangan terak saat aluminium cair mengalir ke dalam kotak.<br \/>\nMulailah proses produksi saat suhu mencapai 780\u00b0C. Tutup saluran pembuangan sisa peleburan untuk menjaga suhu.<br \/>\nAluminium cair dapat disimpan dalam kotak pada suhu pengendapan selama fase pemeliharaan panas, namun tanpa penanganan aluminium cair.<br \/>\nSalurkan gas inert ke dalam rotor untuk mencegah saluran keluar udara tersumbat oleh aluminium cair.<br \/>\nNyalakan pemanas segera setelah aliran aluminium cair ke dalam kotak selesai, lalu atur parameter pemeliharaan panas.<br \/>\nSaat sistem pemanasan dinyalakan, atur suhu aluminium cair, pantau laju aliran gas, dan kecepatan rotor diubah dari tahap pemeliharaan panas ke tahap pemrosesan.
