Oleh karena itu, penghilangan hidrogen telah menjadi salah satu cara yang diperlukan untuk mengendalikan kualitas industri pengolahan aluminium. Metode penghilangan hidrogen serta peralatan penghilangan hidrogen untuk lelehan aluminium telah berkembang cukup pesat, dan terdapat banyak metode penghilangan hidrogen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/degassing-unit\/\">Unit Penghilang Gas<\/a> dikembangkan.<br \/>\nSaat ini, teknologi penghilangan hidrogen dari cairan aluminium cair yang paling lengkap, andal, dan dapat diulang adalah Unit Penghilangan Hidrogen Adtech.<\/p>\n<p>Peralatan penghilang gas hidrogen pada cairan aluminium tipe multi-rotor yang beroperasi secara online merupakan produk yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas cairan aluminium serta memperbaiki sifat mekanis hasil coran.<br \/>\nPrinsip Penghilangan Gas Hidrogen: Gas inert yang berputar disuntikkan ke dalam cairan aluminium melalui batang grafit dan rotor yang berputar. Rotor memecah gas inert yang masuk ke dalam cairan aluminium menjadi gelembung-gelembung kecil dan menyebarkannya secara merata ke dalam cairan aluminium. Jumlah rotor: Tersedia pilihan 1 hingga 3 rotor, dan efisiensi penghilangan gas bertahap lebih tinggi.<br \/>\n2. Objek penghilangan gas: hidrogen dalam aliran aluminium cair di saluran tuang atau tangki penghilang gas.<br \/>\n3, kapasitas pemrosesan maksimum aluminium cair: setiap rotor mampu memproses 5 ton per jam aluminium cair.<br \/>\n4, karakteristik elektromekanis: pengangkatan dan perputaran elektrik, perawatan peralatan yang mudah, serta penggantian rotor grafit yang praktis. Jangkauan pengangkatan naik-turun rantai elektrik adalah \u2264600 mm; sudut rotasi transmisi roda gigi bantalan slewing elektrik adalah 180\u00b0. Daya motor adalah 2\u20137 kW. Baik antarmuka daya maupun antarmuka pneumatik pada perangkat ini menggunakan konektor pelepas cepat. Efek penghilangan gas: Dihitung berdasarkan masing-masing rotor; apabila laju aliran masuk tidak melebihi 5 t\/jam dan kandungan hidrogen pada aliran masuk tidak melebihi 0,35 ml\/100 g, cairan aluminium pada suhu 700\u2013730\u00b0C dapat menurunkan kandungan hidrogen menjadi di bawah 0,19 ml\/100 g. Apabila kandungan hidrogen yang masuk melebihi 0,35 ml\/100 g, efisiensi penghilangan gas tidak kurang dari 45%.<br \/>\n8. Secara otomatis membunyikan alarm saat terjadi gangguan, dan lampu indikator akan berkedip untuk mengingatkan operator.<br \/>\n9.
