Semakin besar gaya kontak antara aluminium cair dan oksigen, semakin parah kerugian akibat oksidasi, dan semakin besar pula kerugian pengecoran.<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Kurangi waktu kontak antara aluminium cair dan oksigen: 1 Sesuai dengan persyaratan produksi, aluminium di dalam tungku harus segera diolah menjadi produk jadi, dan sebaiknya proses ini dilakukan saat shift sedang bertugas. Jangan biarkan aluminium cair terlalu lama berada di dalam tungku; 2. Tempatkan peralatan pengecoran secara tepat, persingkat panjang saluran pengecoran sebanyak mungkin untuk mengurangi waktu paparan aluminium cair di udara, dan pada saat yang sama, tutupi bagian atas saluran pengecoran dengan papan isolasi silikat aluminium, yang tidak hanya memiliki efek isolasi termal tertentu, tetapi juga mengurangi kandungan oksigen di dalam saluran pengecoran. .<br \/>\nSingkatnya, hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah agar aluminium cair tidak disimpan terlalu lama di dalam tungku pencampuran karena berbagai alasan, serta untuk mengurangi waktu kontak antara aluminium cair dan oksigen guna meminimalkan kerugian pengecoran.<br \/>\n2) Metode pengadukan aluminium cair: Baik pengadukan buatan skala besar maupun pengadukan mekanis, keduanya dilakukan dalam kondisi pintu tungku terbuka, yang tidak hanya menyebabkan fluktuasi besar pada tingkat cairan, meningkatkan luas permukaan kontak dengan oksigen, tetapi juga meningkatkan kandungan oksigen di dalam tungku. Hal ini akan mempercepat reaksi kimia di atas, dan kerugian akibat pembakaran pun akan meningkat.
