{"id":4668,"date":"2019-04-15T03:04:39","date_gmt":"2019-04-15T03:04:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=4668"},"modified":"2019-06-03T09:09:18","modified_gmt":"2019-06-03T09:09:18","slug":"degassing-aluminum-indonesia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/degassing-aluminum-indonesia\/","title":{"rendered":"Penghilangan Gas dari Aluminium di Indonesia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Penghilangan Gas dari Aluminium di Indonesia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Penghilangan Gas dari Aluminium di Indonesia Dalam metode penghilangan gas rotari, gas inert atau gas yang tidak reaktif secara kimia (argon, nitrogen) dialirkan melalui poros dan rotor yang berputar.<\/p>\n<p>Energi dari poros yang berputar menyebabkan terbentuknya sejumlah besar gelembung-gelembung halus yang menghasilkan rasio luas permukaan terhadap volume yang sangat tinggi.<br \/>\nLuas permukaan yang besar mempercepat difusi hidrogen ke dalam gelembung-gelembung gas secara efektif, sehingga menghasilkan kesetaraan aktivitas hidrogen pada fase cair dan gas.<\/p>\n<p>Metode Degassing Aluminium Rotary di Indonesia memungkinkan penghilangan hidrogen yang lebih tuntas dibandingkan dengan metode degassing dengan fluks.<br \/>\nSelain itu <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/2018\/10\/12\/foundry-double-rotor-deaerator\/\">penghilang gas tipe rotari<\/a> tidak menggunakan garam yang mengandung klorin dan fluorin yang berbahaya.<\/p>\n<p>Proses Penghilangan Gas dengan Metode Rotary pada Aluminium di Indonesia juga dapat menggabungkan fungsi penghilangan gas dan penambahan fluks.<br \/>\nDalam hal ini, gas inert berfungsi sebagai pembawa untuk fluks berbentuk butiran. Dalam metode ini, sebagian kecil aluminium cair (sekitar 2 in\u00b3\/33 cm\u00b3) dituangkan ke dalam rongga pada batu tahan api yang dipanaskan. Paduan tersebut memadat secara perlahan, dan hidrogen yang dilepaskan terkonsentrasi di bagian atas coran dalam bentuk gelembung beku. Jumlah gelembung hidrogen pada permukaan sampel ditentukan oleh konsentrasi hidrogen.<br \/>\nMetode vakum. Metode kuantitatif ini memanfaatkan proses pemadatan sebagian sampel paduan aluminium dalam cawan pelebur kecil pada tekanan rendah. Hidrogen yang terlarut dalam paduan mulai membentuk fase gas (gelembung) pada tekanan tertentu. Saat gelembung pertama terbentuk, baik tekanan maupun suhu diukur. Parameter-parameter ini digunakan untuk menentukan kandungan hidrogen dengan menggunakan diagram numerik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penghilangan gas dengan menggunakan fluks<\/strong><br \/>\nFlux yang terdiri dari garam-garam yang mengandung klorin dan fluorin digunakan untuk menghilangkan gas dari paduan aluminium cair. Flux penghilang gas umumnya berbentuk tablet.<br \/>\nProses penghilangan gas dimulai ketika sebuah tablet fluks ditekan ke dasar tungku menggunakan corong berlubang yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu dan dalam keadaan bersih. Komponen-komponen fluks bereaksi dengan aluminium sehingga membentuk senyawa gas (klorida aluminium, fluorida aluminium). Gas tersebut menggelembung dan naik melalui cairan logam. Tekanan parsial hidrogen dalam gelembung yang terbentuk sangat rendah, sehingga hidrogen berdifusi dari aluminium cair ke dalam gelembung.
