Unsur ini merupakan logam aktif yang berada di sebelah K, Ca, Na, dan Mg. Unsur ini dapat bereaksi dengan oksigen, nitrogen, uap air, karbon dioksida, dan sebagainya yang terdapat di udara pada kondisi suhu tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Metalurgi pengecoran aluminium adalah proses mengubah aluminium, melalui tahap pencampuran, pengadukan, pengendapan, pemurnian, pembuangan terak, dan proses lainnya, menjadi produk jadi atau setengah jadi berupa ingot aluminium, batang, atau bentuk lainnya. Aluminium dan paduan aluminium akan mengalami tingkat kerugian yang berbeda-beda selama proses pengecoran akibat oksidasi, pemurnian, terak, dan faktor-faktor lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Yang disebut \u201ckerugian pengecoran aluminium\u201d adalah istilah umum untuk kehilangan logam dan paduan aluminium dalam proses peleburan yang disebabkan oleh oksidasi, penguapan, serta kehilangan logam yang tidak dapat dipulihkan akibat interaksi dengan dinding tungku dan bahan pemurnian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manifestasi eksternal utama dari kerugian pengecoran dapat dibagi menjadi dua bagian: yang pertama berupa abu aluminium murni, dan yang kedua berupa aluminium berukuran besar, aluminium cacat, serta terak aluminium. Saya telah melakukan analisis statistik di bengkel pengecoran Perusahaan Aluminium Henan xx.
