Transmisi cahaya pelat filter tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan transmisi cahaya pelat filter.<br \/>\nDalam standar ini, transmisi cahaya (rasio lubang tembus) pelat filter ditetapkan sebesar 95% atau lebih. Porositas adalah persentase volume total rongga pada produk pelat filter terhadap volume total produk pelat filter tersebut. Porositas menentukan kapasitas filtrasi pelat filter keramik busa per satuan volume. Semua sampel ditempatkan dengan hati-hati ke dalam air, kemudian air mengalir keluar melalui pipa luapan, dan volume air pada bagian ini diukur. Volume air yang meluap dikurangkan dari volume fisik pelat saring, yang merupakan volume total lubang-lubang pada pelat saring.<\/p>\n<p>Metode lain adalah dengan menentukan secara terpisah kepadatan sebenarnya dan kepadatan volume sampel yang akan diuji, kemudian menghitung porositas sampel tersebut berdasarkan rumus berikut.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua metode ini masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Cara kerjanya sederhana dan praktis, serta kecepatan pendeteksiannya tinggi, namun kelemahan fatalnya terletak pada karakteristik penyerapan air dari bahan pelat filter itu sendiri, sehingga volume air yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil daripada volume sebenarnya. Keseragaman pori digunakan untuk menggambarkan selisih antara jumlah lubang aktual per panjang 25,4 mm pada produk pelat filter dan jumlah lubang yang secara teoritis diperlukan.<br \/>\nSemakin kecil celahnya, semakin baik kualitas produknya; sedangkan jika celahnya terlalu besar, hal ini akan mengakibatkan produk pelat filter tidak mampu menahan kotoran secara optimal atau laju filtrasi lelehan menjadi lambat, sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan produksi masing-masing pengguna.<br \/>\nKeseragaman ukuran pori terutama bergantung pada busa yang digunakan dalam proses produksi pelat filter. Semakin tinggi kekuatan tekan, semakin tahan lama produk tersebut, semakin baik kualitasnya, dan sebaliknya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proses Produksi Filter Busa Keramik\u2014Indeks Kekuatan Tekan<\/strong><br \/>\nDalam standar ini, nilai indeks kekuatan tekan ditetapkan sebesar 0,5 MPa atau lebih.<br \/>\nKetahanan terhadap guncangan termal mengacu pada kemampuan pelat filter keramik untuk menahan kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh perubahan suhu yang mendadak.<br \/>\nSelama penggunaan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/id\/portfolio_page\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filter keramik berbusa<\/a> pelat, kami mengharuskan pengguna untuk memulai proses penyaringan terlebih dahulu sebelum secara bertahap memanaskan pelat filter hingga mencapai suhu lelehan aluminium yang akan disaring sebelum digunakan.<br \/>\nNamun, beberapa pengguna tidak terlalu mematuhi aturan ini saat menggunakannya.
