Memiliki sifat yang baik, kekuatan permukaan yang baik, tahan terhadap pengikisan oleh cairan aluminium, tahan korosi, tidak menyerap kelembapan, tidak menyebabkan aerasi pada cairan aluminium, memiliki kepadatan yang lebih rendah daripada aluminium, stabilitas kimia yang baik, serta tidak bereaksi dengan aluminium pada suhu kerja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rotor grafit untuk penghilangan gas dari aluminium<\/strong> Pada deaerator digunakan sistem pengangkatan hidraulik: sistem pemanasnya menggunakan metode pemanasan intrusif dengan selongsong silikon karbida, sedangkan lapisan dalam mesin penghilang gas diproses melalui proses khusus dan dicetak menggunakan berbagai bahan tahan suhu tinggi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prinsip Kerja Proses Penghilangan Gas pada Aluminium<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Mesin Penghilang Gas Aluminium ditempatkan di antara<\/strong> tungku penahan dan mesin pengecoran, serta gas nitrogen yang dihembuskan ke dalam cairan paduan aluminium dipotong-potong oleh rotor grafit yang berputar di dalam tangki perlakuan degassing sehingga membentuk gelembung-gelembung tersebar dalam jumlah besar.
