Baru-baru ini, bengkel bahan baru perusahaan kami diselenggarakan dengan melibatkan sejumlah besar karyawan, direncanakan dengan cermat, dan diatur secara ilmiah, serta dua bagian prefabrikasi berukuran besar berhasil dituang dan dipanggang.<\/p>\n

Bagian prefabrikasi tersebut digunakan sebagai lapisan dalam pada mesin tiga rotor peralatan penghilang gas<\/a> (aliran besar). Ukuran benda ini sangat besar, dengan panjang 3 meter, lebar 1,8 meter, dan tinggi 1,8 meter; bobotnya sangat berat, mencapai 6 ton; bahannya terbuat dari silikon karbida.<\/p>\n

Setelah bagian-bagian prefabrikasi diproduksi, dimensinya akurat, permukaannya halus, dan kondisinya secara keseluruhan baik, sehingga memenuhi persyaratan peralatan terkait kondisi kerja aluminium cair serta teknologi pengolahan industri. Bahan ini memiliki karakteristik aluminium anti lengket, tahan korosi, dan masa pakai yang panjang.<\/p>\n

Selama proses produksi, bengkel material berhasil mengatasi sejumlah kendala produksi yang disebabkan oleh jadwal konstruksi yang ketat dan persyaratan kualitas yang tinggi, serta berhasil menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan perusahaan.<\/p>\n

Saat ini, komponen prefabrikasi tersebut telah diserahkan ke bengkel peralatan untuk tahap perakitan dan pengujian awal peralatan degassing.<\/p>\n

Beberapa hari yang lalu, bengkel bahan baru perusahaan kami\u2014yang telah direncanakan dengan cermat dan diatur secara ilmiah dengan melibatkan banyak karyawan\u2014telah berhasil menuangkan dan memanaskan dua bagian prefabrikasi berukuran besar.<\/p>\n

Komponen prefabrikasi ini digunakan sebagai lapisan dalam pada peralatan penghilang gas berrotor tiga (aliran besar). Komponen ini berukuran besar dengan panjang 3 meter, lebar 1,8 meter, dan tinggi 1,8 meter; memiliki bobot yang tinggi, hingga 6 ton; terbuat dari silikon karbida.<\/p>\n

Setelah komponen prefabrikasi diproduksi, dimensinya akurat, permukaannya halus, dan kondisinya secara keseluruhan baik; hal ini memenuhi persyaratan peralatan terkait kondisi kerja cairan aluminium serta teknologi pemrosesan industri. Bahan ini terbuat dari aluminium anti lengket yang memiliki ketahanan terhadap korosi dan umur pakai yang panjang.<\/p>\n

Selama proses produksi, bengkel bahan berhasil mengatasi sejumlah kendala produksi akibat jadwal konstruksi yang ketat dan persyaratan kualitas yang tinggi, serta berhasil menyelesaikan tugas-tugas perusahaan.<\/p>\n
