La nueva planta est\u00e1 situada en el centro de Stara Zagora y cuenta con m\u00e1s de 200 empleados. Los productos fabricados en la nueva planta se exportan principalmente a pa\u00edses de la UE y a Oriente Medio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filter-alcomet-aluminum\/\">Alcomet<\/a> Ya ha puesto en marcha una nueva l\u00ednea de colada continua de lingotes semicontinua. Alcomet tiene su sede en Shumen y se dedica principalmente a la producci\u00f3n de aluminio.<\/p>\n<p>El filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica Alcomet Ad se utiliza en el proceso de filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de colada continua semicontinua de lingotes de Alcomet.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo equipo se adquiri\u00f3 al fabricante estadounidense Wagstaff por 3 millones de euros. Se prev\u00e9 que la producci\u00f3n se duplique o incluso se multiplique por cinco con respecto a la anterior, pasando de 5 a 25 toneladas cada 40 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La inversi\u00f3n interna ha permitido aumentar la producci\u00f3n mensual de la empresa hasta las 3.500 toneladas. Alcomet tambi\u00e9n tiene previsto invertir 5 millones de euros en 2006.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La empresa espera alcanzar una facturaci\u00f3n de 100 millones de euros en 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Alcomet exporta 85% de su producci\u00f3n a pa\u00edses de la UE, lo que la convierte en uno de los mayores exportadores del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En 2001, los activos fijos a largo plazo de la empresa ascend\u00edan a 28 millones de lev. En la actualidad, los activos fijos de la empresa han alcanzado un valor cinco veces superior al de 2001.<\/p>\n<p>La producci\u00f3n de la empresa ha aumentado de 17 000 toneladas en 2003 a 26 000 toneladas el a\u00f1o pasado, y las ventas se han disparado de 68 millones de lev en 2003 a 120 millones de lev en 2005.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ceramic Foam Filter Alcomet Ad is used in the filtration and purification process of Alcomet semi-continuous billet continuous casting line.
