{"id":8925,"date":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=8925"},"modified":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","modified_gmt":"2021-04-26T04:01:14","slug":"refractory-aluminum-furnace-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/refractory-aluminum-furnace-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtro refractario para hornos de aluminio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Filtro refractario para hornos de aluminio<\/strong> utiliza tres m\u00e9todos \u2014adsorci\u00f3n, filtraci\u00f3n superficial y filtraci\u00f3n en profundidad\u2014 para eliminar las impurezas que transporta el aluminio fundido durante el proceso de fundici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El mecanismo de filtrado del filtro para hornos de aluminio se basa principalmente en la colisi\u00f3n inercial, la difusi\u00f3n y la interceptaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Colisi\u00f3n inercial<\/strong><br \/>\nCuando las part\u00edculas de impurezas presentes en el fluido atraviesan los microporos del elemento filtrante cer\u00e1mico poroso, entran en contacto con las paredes de los microporos debido a la inercia. El impacto inercial es proporcional al cuadrado del di\u00e1metro de las part\u00edculas de impurezas e inversamente proporcional a la velocidad de flujo y a la viscosidad del fluido.<br \/>\n<strong>Difusi\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nDebido al movimiento browniano, las part\u00edculas de impureza se desv\u00edan de la l\u00ednea de corriente, entran en contacto con la pared del canal microporoso y, de este modo, quedan retenidas. La captura por difusi\u00f3n es inversamente proporcional al caudal y a la viscosidad del fluido. Los microporos son m\u00e1s grandes que los poros y constituyen un filtro superficial capaz de retener part\u00edculas extra\u00f1as.<br \/>\n<strong>Interceptaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nLa retenci\u00f3n depende \u00fanicamente del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas de impureza y no tiene nada que ver con el caudal ni con la viscosidad del fluido. Cuando el fluido fluye a trav\u00e9s del elemento filtrante cer\u00e1mico poroso, las part\u00edculas mayores que el tama\u00f1o de los poros quedan atrapadas en la superficie, formando una capa de torta de filtraci\u00f3n, mientras que las part\u00edculas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que el tama\u00f1o de los poros de la cer\u00e1mica porosa siguen la trayectoria de las corrientes de flujo y entran en contacto con la pared microporosa debido a la inercia y al movimiento browniano. Algunas part\u00edculas quedan atrapadas en la superficie de la cer\u00e1mica porosa o se depositan en los poros de la misma.<br \/>\n<strong>nota<\/strong><br \/>\nEl filtro cer\u00e1mico lleva un tiempo en funcionamiento, por lo que es posible que el paso interno del elemento filtrante se haya obstruido debido a las impurezas en forma de part\u00edculas presentes en el medio fluido, y que la capa superficial de torta de filtraci\u00f3n se haya engrosado, lo que provoca un aumento de la resistencia a la filtraci\u00f3n. Cuando se reduce el caudal, el gas puede fluir en sentido inverso y realizar un lavado con una \u00fanica mezcla l\u00edquida. De este modo se consigue regenerar el filtro, y el equipo recupera pr\u00e1cticamente su estado original.
