{"id":8899,"date":"2021-04-23T03:38:34","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T03:38:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=8899"},"modified":"2021-04-23T03:38:34","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T03:38:34","slug":"melting-aluminum-porous-ceramic-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/melting-aluminum-porous-ceramic-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtro cer\u00e1mico poroso de aluminio fundido"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>El filtro cer\u00e1mico poroso de aluminio fundido utiliza espuma de poliuretano como soporte<\/strong>, se sumerge en un recubrimiento compuesto por polvo cer\u00e1mico, aglutinante, aditivo de sinterizaci\u00f3n y agente de suspensi\u00f3n, y se escurre el exceso de recubrimiento.<br \/>\nEl recubrimiento cer\u00e1mico se aplica de manera uniforme sobre el bastidor del soporte para formar un cuerpo verde; a continuaci\u00f3n, dicho cuerpo verde se cuece y se calcina a alta temperatura.<br \/>\nLos filtros cer\u00e1micos de espuma se dividen en dos tipos: los de uni\u00f3n y los sinterizados.<br \/>\nEl primero se basa en un aglutinante para unir entre s\u00ed las part\u00edculas finas de cer\u00e1mica, mientras que el segundo se basa en el aislamiento a alta temperatura para sinterizar y fundir las part\u00edculas finas de cer\u00e1mica pura entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>El filtro cer\u00e1mico poroso de aluminio fundido presenta una estructura esquel\u00e9tica \u00fanica, tridimensional, en forma de red de arcos interconectados, y su porosidad abierta puede alcanzar valores de 80% a 90%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuenta con los tres mecanismos de filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n siguientes:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Uno<\/strong> es la interceptaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica.<br \/>\n<strong>El segundo<\/strong> es la espuma rectificadora. El efecto rectificador del filtro hace que todos los canales filtren el estado previo al filtro, de modo que el hierro fundido filtrado se mantenga estable en un estado de flujo laminar, y se reduzcan la erosi\u00f3n y la reacci\u00f3n de oxidaci\u00f3n del hierro fundido, lo que facilita que las inclusiones floten y sean capturadas. De este modo, se reduce el n\u00famero de inclusiones secundarias.<br \/>\n<strong>El tercer tipo<\/strong> se trata de una adsorci\u00f3n profunda, es decir, las peque\u00f1as inclusiones que penetran en el filtro quedan adsorbidas en el esqueleto o atrapadas en los rincones muertos de la red debido al contacto total con la compleja red cer\u00e1mica del canal de flujo.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8900\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Melting-Aluminum-Porous-Ceramic-Filter.jpg\" alt=\"Filtro cer\u00e1mico poroso de aluminio fundido\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Melting-Aluminum-Porous-Ceramic-Filter.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Melting-Aluminum-Porous-Ceramic-Filter-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Melting-Aluminum-Porous-Ceramic-Filter-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Melting-Aluminum-Porous-Ceramic-Filter-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Gracias a estos tres mecanismos de filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n, es posible eliminar de forma eficaz las inclusiones de gran volumen y un gran n\u00famero de inclusiones en suspensi\u00f3n de tan solo unas decenas de micras presentes en el metal l\u00edquido.<br \/>\nLa eficacia de filtraci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/ceramic-foam-filter-casting-filtration\/\">filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a> alcanza los 95%, mientras que la eficacia de filtraci\u00f3n del filtro de fibra de doble capa es de solo 67%, lo que reduce significativamente la tasa de rechazo de las piezas fundidas y la tasa de reparaciones por soldadura.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n permite simplificar el sistema de colada, mejorar la estructura metalogr\u00e1fica, aumentar el rendimiento y la productividad del proceso de fundici\u00f3n, y mejorar la calidad interna, el comportamiento en servicio y las prestaciones de mecanizado de la pieza fundida.<br \/>\nPor lo tanto, el filtro cer\u00e1mico de espuma tiene buenas perspectivas de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fundici\u00f3n de filtros cer\u00e1micos<\/strong> puede purificar eficazmente la aleaci\u00f3n l\u00edquida de fundici\u00f3n. En la producci\u00f3n de fundici\u00f3n, la tasa de rechazo de piezas causada por defectos de fundici\u00f3n, como las inclusiones no met\u00e1licas, suele alcanzar el 50%-60% de la tasa total de rechazo.
