En el proceso de fundici\u00f3n en caliente, debemos prestar atenci\u00f3n a los siguientes pasos
\n1. El canal de descarga, la placa divisora, la carcasa, el cabezal de arranque y las herramientas deben estar secos.
\n2. Antes de cada colada, hay que comprobar que la placa de colada no presente fugas de agua, verter el volumen habitual de agua de colada en la m\u00e1quina de colada, comprobar la formaci\u00f3n de la cortina de agua y si hay fugas de agua por el orificio de rebose; si se detecta alguna fuga por dicho orificio, hay que solucionarla a tiempo y volver a comprobarlo antes de proceder a la colada.
\n3. La base del arrancador debe elevarse hasta la posici\u00f3n normal de arranque y ajustarse al nivel adecuado antes de la fundici\u00f3n. Comprueba con antelaci\u00f3n si el cabezal del arrancador est\u00e1 atascado y se suelta.
\n4. Antes de verter el aluminio fundido en la bomba de agua hirviendo, hay que abrir la v\u00e1lvula reductora de presi\u00f3n y de purga hasta que el aluminio fundido llene por completo la carcasa, con el fin de evitar que el \u201cretorno de agua\u201d provoque una explosi\u00f3n.
\n5. Si la m\u00e1quina de fundici\u00f3n no se utiliza durante un tiempo prolongado o si el cabezal de arranque se ha oxidado debido a la humedad, utiliza mantequilla para evitar la oxidaci\u00f3n y comprueba el funcionamiento de todas las piezas del cabezal de arranque antes de volver a fundir.
\n6. El cable de acero de la m\u00e1quina de fundici\u00f3n debe sustituirse si presenta hilos deshilachados o rotos, para evitar accidentes por rotura durante el proceso de fundici\u00f3n.
\n7. Si el canalizador, la placa divisora y la carcasa est\u00e1n da\u00f1ados, rep\u00e1ralos a la mayor brevedad posible y, si el da\u00f1o es grave, sustit\u00fayelos cuanto antes, para evitar que se produzca agua aluminizada.
\n8. Se realiza un mantenimiento peri\u00f3dico de todo el sistema de fundici\u00f3n y se desmonta peri\u00f3dicamente el molde para limpiar la boca de agua, con el fin de garantizar que la cortina de agua de enfriamiento se forme de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n
