Cuando la superficie del molde es rugosa o no se utiliza lubricante, la superficie y las esquinas del lingote tambi\u00e9n se agrietan.<br \/>\n<strong>2. Inclusi\u00f3n de escoria<\/strong><br \/>\nLa inclusi\u00f3n de escoria en la superficie del lingote de alambre de aluminio se debe a la fluctuaci\u00f3n del aluminio fundido, a la rotura de la pel\u00edcula de \u00f3xido que recubre la superficie del aluminio fundido y a que la espuma superficial penetra en el interior del lingote.<br \/>\nA veces, el aceite lubricante tambi\u00e9n puede arrastrar algo de escoria.<br \/>\nLa inclusi\u00f3n interna de escoria se debe a la baja temperatura del aluminio fundido, a su elevada viscosidad, a la incapacidad de la escoria para flotar a tiempo o a los frecuentes cambios en el nivel del aluminio fundido durante la colada.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Compartimento de refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nLa formaci\u00f3n de la barrera fr\u00eda se debe principalmente a fluctuaciones excesivas en el nivel de aluminio fundido en el molde, a una temperatura de fundici\u00f3n baja, a una velocidad de colada del lingote excesivamente lenta o a la vibraci\u00f3n y la ca\u00edda irregular de la m\u00e1quina de fundici\u00f3n.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Estoma<\/strong><br \/>\nLos poros a los que se hace referencia aqu\u00ed son poros peque\u00f1os con un di\u00e1metro inferior a 1 mm.<br \/>\nEl motivo es que la temperatura de fundici\u00f3n es demasiado alta y la solidificaci\u00f3n es demasiado r\u00e1pida, por lo que el gas contenido en el aluminio l\u00edquido no puede escapar a tiempo y, tras la solidificaci\u00f3n, se acumulan peque\u00f1as burbujas que quedan en el lingote y forman poros.<br \/>\n<strong>5. Superficie rugosa<\/strong><br \/>\nDado que la pared interior del cristalizador no es lisa, el efecto lubricante no es bueno y, en casos graves, se forman protuberancias de aluminio en la superficie del cristal. O bien, debido a que la proporci\u00f3n entre hierro y silicio es demasiado elevada, se produce un fen\u00f3meno de segregaci\u00f3n causado por un enfriamiento desigual.<br \/>\n<strong>6. Fugas de aluminio y nuevo an\u00e1lisis.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa raz\u00f3n principal es el problema de funcionamiento, y los casos graves tambi\u00e9n pueden provocar la aparici\u00f3n de
