Filtro de fundici\u00f3n de cer\u00e1mica de al\u00famina<\/strong> Se fabrica a partir de un soporte con una estructura reticular s\u00f3lida y celdas de espuma org\u00e1nica. Se utiliza para la filtraci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio fundido.<\/p>\n

El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del filtro cer\u00e1mico de al\u00famina para fundici\u00f3n
\nEl soporte se introduce en la suspensi\u00f3n tixotr\u00f3pica de al\u00famina y se utiliza el proceso de extrusi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica con centrado cuadrado para que la suspensi\u00f3n se deposite de manera uniforme sobre el esqueleto de espuma del soporte.
\nTras el secado y la solidificaci\u00f3n, se calcina para formar el soporte y, finalmente, se convierte en el producto final.
\nLa sinterizaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo a una temperatura elevada de 1180 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
