Durante el proceso de laminado en caliente, el punto de laminado se sit\u00faa justo antes de la l\u00ednea de contacto entre los rodillos y la deformaci\u00f3n se produce a partir de ah\u00ed.<br \/>\nDetermina la anchura de la placa de aluminio durante la colada continua. La punta de colada y la junta forman conjuntamente una cavidad que permite que el metal fluya a trav\u00e9s de la punta de colada justo antes de que la placa se solidifique.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7748\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle.jpg\" alt=\"Boquilla de fundici\u00f3n\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Casting-Nozzle-700x525.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas de la boquilla de fundici\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nDise\u00f1ado y optimizado para la fundici\u00f3n de chapas de aluminio<br \/>\nExcelente aspecto superficial, con una superficie de fundici\u00f3n lisa y homog\u00e9nea<br \/>\nEstable dimensionalmente<br \/>\nResistencia al choque t\u00e9rmico<br \/>\nSin desgasificaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong> El objetivo de este art\u00edculo es estudiar la viabilidad del moldeo por rodillo a alta velocidad de la aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio 5182.<br \/>\nSe busc\u00f3 una m\u00e1quina de fundici\u00f3n de doble rodillo adecuada para fundir la banda 5182.<br \/>\nDise\u00f1o\/metodolog\u00eda\/enfoque: El m\u00e9todo utilizado en el presente estudio fue una m\u00e1quina de colada continua de doble rodillo de di\u00e1metros desiguales y<br \/>\nuna m\u00e1quina de colada de doble rodillo de alta velocidad de tipo vertical, equipada con rodillos de acero dulce sin material de separaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nConclusiones: se ha comprobado que la m\u00e1quina de colada de doble rodillo de alta velocidad de tipo vertical result\u00f3 eficaz para la colada de flejes de acero 5182 a alta velocidad.<br \/>\nEl 5182 se pod\u00eda fundir a una velocidad 10 veces superior a la de una m\u00e1quina de fundici\u00f3n de doble rodillo convencional para aleaciones de aluminio. El 5182 se pod\u00eda fundir en un rodillo de acero dulce utilizando material sin desmoldeante sin que se pegara.<br \/>\nLimitaciones e implicaciones de la investigaci\u00f3n: no se ha podido estudiar la capacidad de vertido de tiras anchas, es decir, de m\u00e1s de 600 mm de anchura.<br \/>\nImplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas: se podr\u00eda fundir una banda de 5182 con un ancho de 600 mm, y este ancho es suficiente para algunas piezas estructurales. El 5182 se podr\u00eda fundir en forma de banda con una alta productividad y un bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico, utilizando equipos econ\u00f3micos y sin consumibles.<br \/>\nOriginalidad\/valor: El m\u00e9todo para fabricar chapas econ\u00f3micas de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio es de origen extranjero.
