Refinamiento del grano<\/strong> Es una mezcla de sales fundidas en forma de gr\u00e1nulos anhidros, con un aspecto de part\u00edculas irregulares de color blanco o amarillo claro y un di\u00e1metro de entre 0,83 y 3,15 mm. No produce humo, ni olor ni polvo cuando se utiliza.
\nPuede sustituir eficazmente al agente de refinado mixto para eliminar los metales alcalinos y los \u00f3xidos del aluminio fundido, y resolver por completo los problemas relacionados con el cloro, el cloruro de hidr\u00f3geno gaseoso y el tetrafluoruro de silicio gaseoso que se producen al utilizar agentes de refinado mixtos en la producci\u00f3n de aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio.<\/p>\n

Caracter\u00edsticas:<\/strong> Algunos componentes del agente refinador se descomponen f\u00e1cilmente a altas temperaturas, y el gas generado tiende a reaccionar con el hidr\u00f3geno, presenta una fuerte fuerza de adsorci\u00f3n con las inclusiones de escoria y se escapa r\u00e1pidamente de la masa fundida.

\u00c1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n: Adecuado para los grados habituales de aleaciones de aluminio (no se pueden utilizar aleaciones con alto contenido en magnesio ni aleaciones de aluminio y magnesio), as\u00ed como para la fundici\u00f3n de aluminio puro, el refinado por desgasificaci\u00f3n y la eliminaci\u00f3n de escoria.<\/p>\n

Modo de empleo:<\/strong> Espolvorea el agente refinador<\/a> sobre la superficie del l\u00edquido, introd\u00fazcalo r\u00e1pidamente en el aluminio fundido, remu\u00e9valo bien y d\u00e9jelo reposar para eliminar las escorias; por ejemplo, con la ayuda de un pulverizador, pulverice el agente refinador en el aluminio fundido junto con gas inerte para obtener mejores resultados.<\/p>\n

\"Refinamiento<\/p>\n

El refinado del grano requiere un cierto tiempo de reacci\u00f3n tras la inyecci\u00f3n de aire en el aluminio fundido para reducir parte del gas fundido o de las inclusiones oxidadas. Si el tiempo de reposo no es suficiente, el gas o las impurezas no pueden eliminarse de forma relativamente limpia. Por lo general, se requiere un tiempo de reposo de no menos de 30 minutos y, por supuesto, es mejor no superar la hora; de lo contrario, el aluminio l\u00edquido refinado y limpio volver\u00e1 a absorber impurezas.
