{"id":6295,"date":"2019-12-05T03:41:01","date_gmt":"2019-12-05T03:41:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=6295"},"modified":"2019-12-05T03:41:01","modified_gmt":"2019-12-05T03:41:01","slug":"use-filter-foundry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/use-filter-foundry\/","title":{"rendered":"Utiliza Filter Foundry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A la hora de utilizar Filter Foundry en una f\u00e1brica de fundici\u00f3n de aluminio, en general, hay que prestar atenci\u00f3n a los siguientes aspectos<br \/>\nSelecci\u00f3n correcta de las placas filtrantes<br \/>\nEl tama\u00f1o de la placa filtrante y el n\u00famero de orificios deben seleccionarse teniendo en cuenta el rango de caudal del tipo de fundici\u00f3n concreto, el nivel m\u00e1ximo del metal l\u00edquido durante la filtraci\u00f3n, el volumen total de filtraci\u00f3n y el grado de limpieza del aluminio l\u00edquido original.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No se puede pasar por alto el tratamiento de filtraci\u00f3n previo a la fusi\u00f3n.<\/strong><br \/>\nComo, por ejemplo, la escoria habitual y la limpieza del horno de fusi\u00f3n de aluminio y del horno de mantenimiento.<br \/>\nEl refinado en el horno.
