{"id":5980,"date":"2019-10-22T03:19:59","date_gmt":"2019-10-22T03:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5980"},"modified":"2019-10-22T03:30:15","modified_gmt":"2019-10-22T03:30:15","slug":"professional-foundry-foam-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/professional-foundry-foam-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtro de espuma profesional para fundici\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Filtro de espuma profesional para fundici\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>El filtro de espuma profesional para fundici\u00f3n se obtiene a partir de diferentes tipos de cer\u00e1micas: corind\u00f3n, aluminosilicato, mullita y carburo.<br \/>\nPor lo tanto, los filtros de carburo de silicio con aglutinante de silicato se utilizan para filtrar el hierro fundido.<br \/>\nEstos filtros presentan una gran resistencia debido a que, durante la cocci\u00f3n, los granos de SiC de la masa cer\u00e1mica se oxidan parcialmente para formar vidrio de s\u00edlice, lo que proporciona una buena uni\u00f3n del carburo de silicio con la matriz de aglutinante de silicato, creando una espuma resistente. Sin embargo, al fundir hierro fundido, se forma escoria l\u00edquida con un alto contenido en FeO, que no humedece los filtros de carburo de silicio debido a la reacci\u00f3n carbot\u00e9rmica entre el componente de carbono de los granos de SiC y las impurezas de grafito, lo que provoca que la escoria se adhiera al filtro.<\/p>\n<p>Es evidente que la elecci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de cocci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimo es fundamental en la fabricaci\u00f3n de materiales cer\u00e1micos, ya que es en esta fase cuando aumenta la resistencia del producto acabado.<br \/>\nEntre los fen\u00f3menos que se producen durante la cocci\u00f3n, el m\u00e1s importante es el proceso de sinterizaci\u00f3n, que provoca la transformaci\u00f3n de las preformas porosas \u2014un conglomerado de part\u00edculas d\u00e9bilmente unidas, unidas principalmente por las fuerzas de fricci\u00f3n y adhesi\u00f3n\u2014 en un cuerpo s\u00f3lido con una estructura y unas propiedades determinadas.<br \/>\nDurante la sinterizaci\u00f3n, tienen lugar la formaci\u00f3n y el crecimiento de contactos entre las part\u00edculas de la fase s\u00f3lida, una disminuci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o y del n\u00famero de poros, hasta su desaparici\u00f3n total, y un desplazamiento por recristalizaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites entre los cristales.<br \/>\nAl mismo tiempo, en el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de productos cer\u00e1micos de c\u00e9lula abierta y alta porosidad, es muy importante conseguir, por un lado, que el material acabado conserve la estructura porosa de las estructuras originales de PPU y, por otro, que adquiera resistencia gracias a la sinterizaci\u00f3n de las part\u00edculas situadas en las particiones intercelulares.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5981\" obtener un filtro de espuma profesional para fundici\u00f3n consiste en la t\u00e9cnica de eliminaci\u00f3n de la r\u00e9plica de espuma: se impregna espuma de poliuretano altamente porosa con una pasta cer\u00e1mica, tras lo cual se seca y se cuece.<br \/>\nDurante la cocci\u00f3n, la espuma de poliuretano que se encuentra en el interior del recubrimiento cer\u00e1mico se evapora y queda una estructura cer\u00e1mica con un gran n\u00famero de poros.<br \/>\nLa preparaci\u00f3n de cer\u00e1micas de espuma de \u00f3xido se basa en la impregnaci\u00f3n de estructuras de espuma de poliuretano menos 0,5 MPa.<\/p>\n<p>Los filtros basados en cer\u00e1micas de \u00f3xido permiten eliminar eficazmente las impurezas no deseadas, especialmente las inclusiones de composici\u00f3n similar, como las pel\u00edculas de \u00f3xido y las escorias.<br \/>\nGracias a su gran estabilidad, incluso tras una exposici\u00f3n prolongada a altas temperaturas, los filtros de cer\u00e1mica de \u00f3xido pueden
