Filtro cer\u00e1mico de espuma para fundici\u00f3n de aluminio fundido<\/p>\n

INVESTIGACI\u00d3N SOBRE LA ESTRUCTURA DEL FILTRO Y LAS CARACTER\u00cdSTICAS DE LA FILTRACI\u00d3N DE IMPUREZAS EN CER\u00c1MICAS POROSAS DE \u00d3XIDO DE ALUMINIO Al\u2082O\u2083 \/ Investigaci\u00f3n sobre la estructura del filtro y las caracter\u00edsticas de la filtraci\u00f3n de impurezas mediante cer\u00e1micas porosas de \u00f3xido de aluminio Al\u2082O\u2083<\/p>\n

Se estudi\u00f3 el comportamiento de la filtraci\u00f3n de impurezas durante el paso de la masa fundida con el fin de obtener aleaciones a base de n\u00edquel ultrapuras y libres de impurezas. Se analiz\u00f3 la estructura de un filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica de al\u00famina (Al\u2082O\u2083) en su estado inicial y tras el paso de la masa fundida ZhS36-VI, con un alto contenido en azufre y f\u00f3sforo. Se calcul\u00f3 el estado de fase del filtro tras el recocido al vac\u00edo. Se determinaron los par\u00e1metros geom\u00e9tricos del filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica: el di\u00e1metro de los poros y el espesor de los puentes entre los poros en el estado inicial. Mediante microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica y an\u00e1lisis espectral de rayos X, se estableci\u00f3 la secuencia de aparici\u00f3n y la ubicaci\u00f3n en los canales internos, donde se observa la adhesi\u00f3n de part\u00edculas que contienen azufre durante el refinado con lantano. Se comprob\u00f3 que los fosfuros de lantano no se adsorben en las paredes del filtro.<\/p>\n
