Durante el proceso de fundici\u00f3n, el metal fundido fluye a trav\u00e9s de los poros del filtro, quedando as\u00ed todas las impurezas innecesarias retenidas en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>El PUF de los filtros sirve principalmente como matriz para la continuaci\u00f3n del proceso de cat\u00e1lisis. Para ello, la espuma se recubre con una suspensi\u00f3n de cer\u00e1mica y se seca. Las piezas en bruto, de diferentes formas, se introducen en el horno, donde se calcina la matriz de espuma, tras lo cual queda la estructura de malla del filtro cer\u00e1mico acabado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/\">Filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a> Los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica para aluminio est\u00e1n disponibles en tama\u00f1os que oscilan entre 10 y 30 PPI por pulgada lineal. Gracias a su estructura de malla, se garantiza una limpieza eficaz de las impurezas. Se mantiene una filtraci\u00f3n eficaz incluso en condiciones de presi\u00f3n metalost\u00e1tica elevada. Los filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica se utilizan en la fundici\u00f3n primaria y secundaria de aluminio.
