La baja densidad de las aleaciones de aluminio favorece la formaci\u00f3n de burbujas de gas y porosidad, ya que los gases penetran f\u00e1cilmente en el medio met\u00e1lico y lo saturan. El aluminio se oxida con facilidad. Resulta dif\u00edcil eliminar la escoria y los \u00f3xidos de la masa fundida.<\/p>\n<p>La escoria y los \u00f3xidos permanecen en la masa fundida en forma finamente dividida y en estado de suspensi\u00f3n, lo que afecta significativamente a la calidad de la aleaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de fundentes (cloruro de zinc, criolita) o modificadores tampoco permite limpiar completamente la masa fundida, ya que resulta dif\u00edcil separarlos de ella.<\/p>\n<p>En la preparaci\u00f3n de aleaciones de aluminio, la pureza de las materias primas y la precisi\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n de la carga son especialmente importantes.<br \/>\nA menudo, cantidades insignificantes de impurezas nocivas deterioran considerablemente las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas de las aleaciones.<br \/>\nTodo esto exige una clasificaci\u00f3n especialmente minuciosa de los residuos.
