{"id":5936,"date":"2019-10-15T03:44:56","date_gmt":"2019-10-15T03:44:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5936"},"modified":"2019-10-15T03:44:56","modified_gmt":"2019-10-15T03:44:56","slug":"ingot-degassing-machine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/ingot-degassing-machine\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1quina de desgasificaci\u00f3n de lingotes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1quina de desgasificaci\u00f3n de lingotes de aluminio<\/p>\n<p>Una caracter\u00edstica distintiva del refinado de fundidos de aluminio con cloro es la formaci\u00f3n de una escoria \u201cseca\u201d y de flujo libre, que se separa f\u00e1cilmente del metal fundido, a diferencia de la escoria \u201ch\u00fameda\u201d, de consistencia pastosa, que se forma mediante la purga con gases neutros. Esta diferencia se debe a la presencia en la escoria de sales formadas como resultado de la interacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica del cloro con el metal fundido.<\/p>\n<p>El refinado de fundidos de aluminio con gases neutros ha ido sustituyendo progresivamente a la cloraci\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n de aleaciones. El abandono del uso del cloro en el refinado de fundidos de aluminio ha contribuido en gran medida al aumento de los requisitos en materia de protecci\u00f3n medioambiental y a la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones de trabajo en las fundiciones.<\/p>\n<p>De entre los gases neutros, el nitr\u00f3geno se utiliza con m\u00e1s frecuencia que los dem\u00e1s, mientras que el arg\u00f3n se emplea * para purgar fundiciones con un contenido de magnesio superior a 2%. La purga con gas neutro en el horno se lleva a cabo a 720-7300\u0421, introduciendo el gas a trav\u00e9s de tubos de acero (con menor frecuencia, de grafito o cuarzo) equipados con boquillas con orificios de unos 2 mm. El caudal de gas es de 0,3-1% por peso de la carga. El cloro tambi\u00e9n reacciona con los metales alcalinos disueltos (Na, Li, Ca y K) para formar cloruros que flotan hasta la superficie y pasan a la escoria.
