{"id":5852,"date":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5852"},"modified":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","modified_gmt":"2019-10-08T03:42:17","slug":"poroous-foam-filter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/poroous-foam-filter\/","title":{"rendered":"Filtro de espuma porosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Filtro de espuma porosa<\/p>\n<p>La pieza fundida del bastidor delantero de un motor a reacci\u00f3n, con un di\u00e1metro de 82 cm y una masa de 40 kg, est\u00e1 fabricada en aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio (A 201) mediante fundici\u00f3n en arena.<br \/>\nEn la fabricaci\u00f3n de dichas piezas de fundici\u00f3n, en las que se utilizan rejillas de acero en el cuerpo de las mismas, se observ\u00f3 una cantidad significativa de inclusiones de escoria dispersas.<br \/>\nEl uso de un filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica permiti\u00f3 eliminar por completo la aparici\u00f3n de estos defectos en estas piezas de fundici\u00f3n. Para la fabricaci\u00f3n de esta pieza de fundici\u00f3n se utilizan cuatro conductos de alimentaci\u00f3n y cuatro pares de filtros.<br \/>\nLa cubierta de la caja de cambios de un helic\u00f3ptero que pesa 13 kg (dimensiones totales: 25 x 35 x 10 cm) debe cumplir los requisitos establecidos para las piezas de fundici\u00f3n del grupo C (el grado m\u00e1s alto de calidad de las piezas de fundici\u00f3n para uso general). En dichas piezas de fundici\u00f3n no se permiten m\u00e1s de dos inclusiones extra\u00f1as detectadas mediante inspecci\u00f3n radiogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n<p>Utilizando la tecnolog\u00eda habitual, se fabricaron 300 piezas fundidas, de las cuales 75 (25%) fueron rechazadas; esta cifra (75) no incluye las piezas fundidas cuyos defectos superficiales se corrigieron. Tras instalar el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/\">filtro de espuma cer\u00e1mica<\/a>, se realizaron 155 piezas fundidas, de las cuales 154 resultaron aptas.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5853\" src=\"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter.jpg\" alt=\"Filtro de espuma porosa\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter-570x570.jpg 570w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Poroous-Foam-Filter-120x120.jpg 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Se fabric\u00f3 un soporte de 350 kg en moldes de arena a partir de la aleaci\u00f3n 535. Las superficies mecanizadas no deben presentar ning\u00fan defecto.<br \/>\nEste requisito resulta dif\u00edcil de cumplir en condiciones normales, ya que la aleaci\u00f3n 535, al contener una cantidad significativa de magnesio, es propensa a la formaci\u00f3n de inclusiones de \u00f3xido.<br \/>\nEn las piezas de fundici\u00f3n normales, algunos defectos superficiales se eliminan mediante soldadura y el posterior esmerilado.<br \/>\nDe cada cinco piezas fundidas obtenidas mediante tecnolog\u00eda convencional, solo dos resultaban aptas.<br \/>\nLa instalaci\u00f3n de dos filtros cer\u00e1micos de 10\u00d710 permiti\u00f3 obtener piezas fundidas que no requer\u00edan soldadura para subsanar defectos superficiales.<\/p>\n<p>El impulsor del compresor est\u00e1 fabricado en aleaci\u00f3n A 201 mediante moldes de yeso. El peso de la pieza fundida es de 19 kg, el di\u00e1metro es de 4 cm y la altura es de 18 cm.<\/p>\n<p>No se admiten defectos en las palas del impulsor. De las 125 piezas fundidas fabricadas con tecnolog\u00eda convencional, solo 96 resultaron aptas. Tras instalar filtros cer\u00e1micos en cada alimentador, se fundieron 155 piezas, de las cuales 154 resultaron aptas y 1 presentaba defectos (aunque no debidos a la presencia de inclusiones).<\/p>\n<p>Se prob\u00f3 el uso de filtros de espuma cer\u00e1mica en la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas de fundici\u00f3n de precisi\u00f3n (componentes para radares y aeronaves). En este caso, el filtro se fabric\u00f3 como parte de un modelo de cera perdida.<\/p>\n<p>Un detalle del radar: se fabric\u00f3 una pieza de fundici\u00f3n en forma de caja, con un peso de 3 kg y unas dimensiones de 35 x 15 x 20 cm, a partir de la aleaci\u00f3n A 356. Inicialmente, se fabricaron 200 piezas de fundici\u00f3n utilizando tecnolog\u00eda convencional (con tamices filtrantes). De ellas, 160 piezas (80%) resultaron aptas y 40 (20%) presentaban defectos. La instalaci\u00f3n de filtros (5\u00d75 cm) permiti\u00f3 eliminar por completo los defectos en las piezas de fundici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La alta eficiencia de los filtros de espuma porosa, en comparaci\u00f3n con los filtros de malla convencionales, se debe a su estructura de paredes m\u00faltiples.<br \/>\nEl filtro de espuma porosa puede retener impurezas muy peque\u00f1as (de unas 3 micras), mientras que, cuando se utilizan coladores, el tama\u00f1o de las impurezas viene determinado por el tama\u00f1o de la abertura de la malla (normalmente, al menos 1 250 micras).<br \/>\nOtra ventaja importante de los filtros cer\u00e1micos es el llenado uniforme de la cavidad del molde con metal l\u00edquido sin turbulencias (cuando se utilizan rejillas convencionales, suelen producirse movimientos turbulentos y chorros de metal en la cavidad del molde).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poroous Foam Filter Casting of the front frame of a jet engine with a diameter of 82 cm and a mass of 40 kg is made of Al-alloy (A 201) by sand casting.
