{"id":5732,"date":"2019-09-19T06:23:10","date_gmt":"2019-09-19T06:23:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/?p=5732"},"modified":"2019-09-19T06:23:27","modified_gmt":"2019-09-19T06:23:27","slug":"ceramic-fiber-cone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adtechamm.com\/es\/ceramic-fiber-cone\/","title":{"rendered":"Cono de fibra cer\u00e1mica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cono de fibra cer\u00e1mica<\/p>\n<p>MATERIALES DE FIBRA CER\u00c1MICA<\/p>\n<p>Las fibras cer\u00e1micas a base de silicato de aluminio se obtienen fundiendo una mezcla de cuarzo y \u00f3xido de aluminio a una temperatura superior a 2000 \u00b0C, tras lo cual se pulveriza la masa fundida en una corriente de gas. Con este m\u00e9todo se obtienen fibras est\u00e1ndar amorfas o policristalinas, adecuadas para su uso a altas temperaturas de entre 1400 y 1600 \u00b0C; sin embargo, lamentablemente, tambi\u00e9n aparecen estructuras esf\u00e9ricas en la masa de fibras, cuya presencia reduce las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico del producto acabado. Para conferir a las fibras obtenidas las formas deseadas y las propiedades necesarias, se a\u00f1ade a su masa un aglutinante org\u00e1nico o inorg\u00e1nico, y los productos se fabrican mediante prensado al vac\u00edo. A partir de las materias primas obtenidas de este modo, se fabrican productos tales como: esteras, placas e hilos para la fabricaci\u00f3n de textiles en diversas formas.<\/p>\n<p>Tipos y tama\u00f1os de los productos.<br \/>\nExisten dos grupos de productos de fibra cer\u00e1mica. El primero lo constituyen los productos formados a partir de fibras no orientadas, como placas y esteras. El segundo lo forman los productos tejidos a partir de hilos y fibras, como cordones de tejido, etc. Los principales productos est\u00e1ndar se recogen en la tabla siguiente, en la que se describen los productos que satisfacen las necesidades de la mayor\u00eda de los clientes habituales y para los que existe una mayor demanda en el mercado. No obstante, es posible suministrar productos no est\u00e1ndar, previa presentaci\u00f3n por parte del cliente de las especificaciones con los par\u00e1metros requeridos.<\/p>\n<p>Las propiedades<br \/>\nEntre las propiedades m\u00e1s importantes de las fibras cer\u00e1micas, cabe destacar las siguientes:<\/p>\n<p>estabilidad a altas temperaturas y resistencia a los choques t\u00e9rmicos.<br \/>\nbaja conductividad t\u00e9rmica y bajo coeficiente de almacenamiento de calor.<br \/>\nSu rigidez y alta densidad permiten su procesamiento y corte.<br \/>\nresistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n, al contacto con las llamas y a los efectos de las sustancias qu\u00edmicas.<\/p>\n<p>Solicitud<br \/>\naislamiento t\u00e9rmico de los equipos de calefacci\u00f3n;<br \/>\naislamiento de tuber\u00edas;<br \/>\nrejas de transporte, cubiertas;<br \/>\naislamiento de cubos, mezcladoras, cajas de almacenamiento y cajas t\u00e9rmicas de todo tipo;<br \/>\naislamiento de puertas, compuertas y ventanas t\u00e9cnicas;<br \/>\ncapas aislantes de calentadores de aire y conductos de gas;<br \/>\nsu uso en la construcci\u00f3n de edificios, salas de calderas y tuber\u00edas de vapor;<\/p>\n<p>Ventajas<br \/>\nun aislamiento t\u00e9rmico eficaz con baja densidad;<br \/>\nalta resistencia t\u00e9rmica y al fuego, resistencia a los choques t\u00e9rmicos;<br \/>\nalta resistencia qu\u00edmica;<br \/>\nlos productos son el\u00e1sticos y se ajustan perfectamente a las estructuras;<br \/>\nresistente a las vibraciones y a las deformaciones;<br \/>\nabsorci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica efectiva;<br \/>\ndurabilidad;<br \/>\nun aislamiento t\u00e9rmico eficaz con baja densidad;<br \/>\nalta resistencia t\u00e9rmica y al fuego, resistencia a los choques t\u00e9rmicos;<br \/>\nalta resistencia qu\u00edmica;<br \/>\naislamiento de superficies curvas (para radios grandes);<\/p>\n<p>Principales aplicaciones<br \/>\nLos materiales a base de fibra cer\u00e1mica se utilizan principalmente como material de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico ligero a altas temperaturas y cuando se exigen altos niveles de estabilidad del recubrimiento aislante.
