(KEZ)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Planta de Electr\u00f3lisis de Kazajist\u00e1n S.A. (KEZ)<\/p>\n<p>Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant JSC (KEZ), perteneciente a ENRC (Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation), es la \u00fanica planta de aluminio primario de Kazajist\u00e1n. La planta est\u00e1 situada en Pavlodar. Inaugurada en 2007, cuenta con un taller de electr\u00f3lisis, una fundici\u00f3n, un taller de fabricaci\u00f3n de \u00e1nodos y otros departamentos auxiliares. En torno a ella se ha creado un cl\u00faster metal\u00fargico con un ciclo de producci\u00f3n completo: la extracci\u00f3n de bauxita, la producci\u00f3n de al\u00famina y la producci\u00f3n de \u201cmetal alado\u201d. Actualmente, la capacidad de producci\u00f3n de la planta es de 125 000 toneladas al a\u00f1o. I. Mendeleev. En cuanto a su contenido en la corteza terrestre, el aluminio ocupa el primer lugar entre los metales y el tercero entre el resto de elementos (despu\u00e9s del ox\u00edgeno y el silicio). La corteza terrestre contiene 8,8% de aluminio (a modo de comparaci\u00f3n, el contenido de hierro en la corteza terrestre es de 4,2%, el de cobre, de 0,003, y el de oro, de 0,000005%). En la naturaleza, el aluminio solo se encuentra en forma de compuestos diversos y muy variados. La mayor\u00eda de ellos son \u00f3xido de aluminio; en la vida cotidiana se denomina al\u00famina o, simplemente, arcilla. La arcilla est\u00e1 compuesta por aproximadamente un tercio de \u00f3xido de aluminio y constituye una materia prima potencial para su producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El aluminio presenta una serie de propiedades que lo distinguen de otros metales. Entre ellas destacan su baja densidad, su buena ductilidad y su resistencia mec\u00e1nica suficiente, as\u00ed como su elevada conductividad t\u00e9rmica y el\u00e9ctrica. El aluminio no es t\u00f3xico, no es magn\u00e9tico y es resistente a la corrosi\u00f3n provocada por diversos productos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales consumidores de aluminio y sus aleaciones son las industrias aeron\u00e1utica y del autom\u00f3vil, el transporte ferroviario y mar\u00edtimo, la ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica, la industria el\u00e9ctrica y la ingenier\u00eda de instrumentos, la ingenier\u00eda industrial y civil, la industria qu\u00edmica y la producci\u00f3n de bienes de consumo.<\/p>\n<p>Producci\u00f3n de aluminio<br \/>\nLa esencia del proceso de producci\u00f3n del aluminio consiste en obtener al\u00famina anhidra y libre de impurezas, para, a continuaci\u00f3n, producir aluminio met\u00e1lico mediante la electr\u00f3lisis de la al\u00famina disuelta en criolita.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de producci\u00f3n del aluminio consta de dos fases principales:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Obtenci\u00f3n de al\u00famina (Al\u2082O\u2083) a partir de minerales de aluminio;<br \/>\n\u2022 Electr\u00f3lisis y refinado del aluminio a partir de la al\u00famina;<\/p>\n<p>La al\u00famina se obtiene a partir de la bauxita mediante un tratamiento con \u00e1lcalis. El aluminato de sodio resultante se hidroliza. Como resultado, se precipitan cristales de hidr\u00f3xido de aluminio. El hidr\u00f3xido de aluminio se deshidrata mediante calentamiento en un horno rotatorio, con lo que se obtiene al\u00famina deshidratada.<\/p>\n<p>Para producir criolita, primero se obtiene fluoruro de hidr\u00f3geno a partir de la fluorita y, a continuaci\u00f3n, \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico. Se introduce hidr\u00f3xido de aluminio en la soluci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido fluorh\u00eddrico, lo que da lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de \u00e1cido fluoroal\u00famico, que se neutraliza con sosa y se precipita la criolita. Esta se filtra y se seca en secadoras de tambor.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, se obtiene la al\u00famina, que es un polvo gris. El siguiente paso consiste en separar el aluminio puro de ella mediante electr\u00f3lisis. Ahora empieza lo divertido:<\/p>\n<p>Taller sobre \u00e1nodos<\/p>\n<p>2.
